    Kyorge is down floor. You would need to have the crystal activated blue. Also yeah, after you have done the story with geara and zetta, no turning back. One chance only.

    For answer your question totya. Yes it's possible to skip the kyorge battle and go for the story. And you need to beat kyorge for getting the HQ key. So after beating kyorge, just go up and you see a item that is well HQ key.
