Awesome fields and much needed! No more diving on top of a mountain though, which was hillarious. Given how wind is formed (atm pressure) it makes sense for flying attacks to be stronger on the mountains + you probably have nothing, bar some trees, to stop the wind or reduce its power. Thunder is going to be OP in these fields. One question: Shouldn't Sunny Day turn the snowy mountain into a normal one after some turns? (eg 4 or 5)

In that case, why not an electric type PULSE? It messes up with the circuit of the water facility center, meaning it puts it off, and it is invulnerable in this place.

A tactic you can use is to poison & burn everything and then use that for boosted damage with Hex. If you replace Dazzling Gleam on Roserade with Toxic Spikes you can have entry hazard poisoning right away. If it's a special attacker, Cofag can take it and punish it. If physical, a Vaporeon with an EV spead of 252HP, 252+ Def, 4SpD can solve it.

I'd rather have a M-Weezing that's poison/fire, but your PULSE idea is not bad. However I don't see any air pollution in the region being a thing, because everything would be dead, including Meteor agents.
