Try to catch a Drillbur and evolve it. Oh! and some Fire type pokemon can make use of the field Depends on the team. For me my only problem was Hariyama that I need to One Shot it to unless it can rape my whole team so I just train more for that purpose

Heatproof Bronzongs on route 4 or 3 (Trick Room and Rain Dance I think) Some Druddigons can help you too Water mons from the Ametrine, just take what you want

Μy Tyrantrum did most of the job, some water mons that can survive some grass attacks 1 or 2 Flash Fire mons and you will be great

Anything on your box that can hep you? As for now make sure that Heatmor have Flash Fire store the Escavalier and maybe the doge If you have some fast pokemon and Rain Dance would be great when she use Ninetails to use Rain Dance

When I say "search" I don't only mean search the forums (you can do it anyway like "Crysolia Forest puzzle" or "Pokemart" for example or anything) for avoid the spoilers You can search even the game, try talk to everything and everyone again and again every time you pass from the X place it's one of the rules of the games, sometimes some events happens after something u do ingame. There also walkthrough on forum and youtube. Again for IV-EV and stuff just search I used walkthrough only for specific puzzles like Psychic Gym puzzle

If I understand your question yes, you can return to the city if you beat the 12th Gym Leader (after u got from Agate Checkpoint) When the game will be full out you will not have acess to the city between badges 10-12 (probably u have acess to city for th 13 and in the next ep)

You will make this (and even more and bigger) run on Routes 1-4 lot of times until you have acess to Fly

You can evolve the Noibat and use some Common Candies for the level cap maybe u can evolve Vulpix too (not sure if u want some move or something, try to get some Fire Stone from mining) Some moves that someone else can help you more than me right now is for sure something And maybe Klink if u evolve it and grind it
