I wanna appologise to everyone who keeps telling me the exact same things when I have another of my depressed moments. I should work on getting control of those and not letting my emotions take control of me, I gotta get rid of my demons before I can get further in life, but some of those demons just like to stay out of reach or play dead for a while (for a lack of better words). I think a good place to start would be to find a way to let my emotions go before the bukket overflows, hard part is that due to some issues in the past I kiiiinda taught myself the idiot "lesson" to not show emotions unless you have no other option... (Long story, made a thread about it once a few weeks or maybe months back. not sure how long ago, just sure I made it) if I could control at least that then there's a good chance that it would all go better.

Just google for psychologists in your town. Then make an appointment with one. See if his/her session style is compatible to your personality. Don't be discouraged if first doesn't work out. I changed like 4 till I found one that actually helped me. You'll understand it when it happens. You'll feel a hint of a burden removed from your chest.
Then, just be patient and don't miss sessions. It really matters.

Be patient?Be patients? Puns with Jess Confirmed? It'll look like I'm just making excuses right now, but there's like 0 of those in my town, and probably not for a few towns (small town society, yay~). Also, I believe most of the depression comes from something quite simple, being in a literal question mark state when it comes to future, this brings me to stress about if things would go well in the end or not, this making me think of all sorts of things where it all goes wrong. Granted that's just a theory (a GAME THEORY! thanks for watching!) but I do believe that that is the main issue for my occasional depressing mind states. Since for what I know I usually feel pretty good, outside of the occasional pessimism and low self-esteem, but that's just the way I am~. since I generally don't have these issues with school going.

Well, in any case, you have no clue where the source of your depression issues lies. And pessimism and low self-esteem are issues that have to be taken care of as well. There are always things you can do to improve your mental state. Also, I doubt that in Netherlands you can't find a psychologist at any point, within a radius of say 40 Kms.
