totaly forgot to comment on this but, electric terrains buff to surf is that it makes surf into an electric type attack and makes the strength 1.5, so if you run a mono electric team with some of your pokemon have lightningrod or volt absorb (if it turns out to be a doubles gym) she should be a cake walk. but me just thinking about that i wouldn't be surpirsed if Amaria does run both lanturn and quagsire on her team to ruin that idea

well soothe bell increases the happiness gained by an action towards the pokemon so equip the bell, feed the snax then reequip the exp.share and go on your merry way training

so on my second runthrough of pokemon reborn i have been completely stonewalled at charlotte so i am asking for some suggestions for some team modifications my current team is as follows: lvl 70 Blazikein (Adamant Speed boost) Blaze kick, bulk up, shadow claw, double kick lvl 70 Togekiss (Rash Super Luck) Aura sphere, fairy wind, air slash, ancient power lvl 66 Umbreon (Relaxed sycronised) Bite, moonlight, confuse ray, quick attack lvl 70 Floatzel (Adamant Swift swim) Aqua jet, Aqua tail, Crunch, Surf lvl 69 Meowstic (Timid Infiltrator) Psychic, dark pulse, psyshock, flash/raindance/charge beam (i swap these around around) lvl 67 Mismagiaus (Calm Levitate) Shadow ball, Power Gem, Dark pulse, shock wave like i am trying to speed level a kingdra so i can set up a rain team possibly but looking through my box i found this lil bugger so any other pokemon should i consider leveling? i do have the growlithe from the policeman rescue event thing that also has flash fire so should i make a flash fire team to counter her instead? ak qwq

increasing the cooldown on swain's ulti? interesting that means people who used his ult in conjunction with his other skills to insta shove a lane are going to be pnished if the enemy laner decides to go ham on him along with this lowering his dueling pressense in small squabbles in lane around level 6. With the heavy pressense of azir zed and LB in mid still this really feels like this nerf pushes him to just go tank swain in top lane because this is a drastic nerf to his mid lane survivability early game and can hinder him late game if runs out of mana and is stuck defending his nexus

Hardest for me was Ciel, all i got to say is that Mega Altaria is cancer. Easiest was Serra, setting up 6 bulk ups on my blazieken with speed boost then mashing blaze kick till i won was easy

i will IV breed in reborn when we get access to all 18 gyms, my reasoning for this is i'd rather just replay the game for fun value than spend time finalizing a team with perfect IV's which is rather tedious

@StarryD, I am sorry to break it to you but same sex marriage is in fact not in the constitution still, see since the Supreme court (Judicial branch of the government) ruled on the issue it is not an amendment since an amendment has to go through congress like a normal bill thus this subject is still not part of the constitution on top of that the way this matter was handled is actually unconstitutional believe it or not because it actually conflicts with the 10th amendment which says, "The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people." I would have posted a link but this toaster of a laptop only has IE and has too many safety features to let me copy and paste so you can look it up if you want. But back on topic, since the constitution does not declare a definite position on marriage this matter is actually supposed to be handled by the states not the government.
