I'm no Ash Ketchum but yeah fix Greninja's movepool since spa/spd are his thing. Pyroar imo isn't too great and yeah I've heard a lot of people buzz about Ninetails but you can get Arcanine sooner depending how "loving" you are and in terms of power he just wins. As far as bug types go while the game doesn't have an insane amount there are better ones. My personal favorite bug Escavalier that you get around "Sigmund's chapter" is insanely powerful for this game and if you trade for it you get it with 2X exp boost. Don't know much about Mime or Roserade to make the best judgements but a better Psychic/Fairy is easily Gardevoir who is probably the strongest fairy excluding the legendary. Final note you don't seem to have any defensive players and common type attacks like fighting/fire can dominate your entire team. One Infernape rolls in and this team could get ruined. Pick up a tank unfortunately the best tanks also continue your fire/fighting weakness. So you may want to do a bit of switching if you want a balanced team. Hope this helps

Was going to comment on Drapion but glad I checked. Yeah his typing is pretty beautiful coupled with the fact that ground type is one of the least common types in Pokemon overall. Great poison poke.

Numero Uno for me is tied with the true king of pokemon (not Arceus and his punk @$$) it's MEWTWO. He is so gangsta. I hear the floor shakes when he stomps. Second is gonna be the pokemon that got me to watch the show as a kid. Charizard. he went from cutest mon to absolute douche and we loved him. The original fire starter that for some reason even though he looks like a dragon, roars like a dragon and breathes fire like a dragon needs to go mega to be a dragon. W/e still my dragon.

I'm not sure Terra or Ciel can raise maximum since after every other boss you would be adventuring around. If you fight all three then you would still be in the same area with lower level mons to fight so an increased cap wouldn't make sense unless you are forced to grind.

I think megas might appear before last badge but finding the appropriate stones is going to be a monsterous challenge. Also as I said before due to the nature of Reborn I'm sure that even though only 8 badges left there will be more than 8 Gym battles. I think implementing megas so close to end game is just weird but then again only one game has megas currently so hard to compare.

So maybe I'm just dumb as sh^%& but i counted through the people we've fought and got badges from Noel, Julia, Florinia, Serra, Kiki/Samson, Corey/Aya, Radomus and Luna. I still haven't fought Samson but I'm at 9 badges. I don't know if I'm forgetting someone or if we just got null badges from the deceased leaders but there are still 10 leaders left. Charlotte/Fire, Amaria/Water, Terra/Ground, Ciel/Flying, ???/Bug, Hardy/Rock, ???/Ghost, ???/Dragon, Titania (presumably)/Steel and Adrienne/Fairy. Can someone tell me I'm not crazy. Because that's 10 badges and 10 fighters left. 1/3 of which will no doubt die before we can use useful hms like Fly.

A fighting type or Escavalier would be great. If you trade with the guy in Spinel it will have exp booster so grinding wont be nearly as bad. But yeah a team without a fighting type in it in Reborn is like taking on a hot knife as a stick of butter.

So I was playing a load file someone gave up a while ago and their pokemon are a tad beast so I went around wrecking shit till I noticed Elekid chillin in the pc. I was like hmmmm. So I raised him to 30 and saw he had an electralizer in his inventory (No it isn't available in game, it comes with Elekid at like 5% chance) Just mix some rare candies, add one cup of Linkstone and blam you've made an Electivire. Don't know if this is common knowledge but for those who are looking for a bulkier Elec than Raichu and quicker than Ampharos (who has a ballin mega so idk why) if you have Elekid who posessed Electralizer you too can have Electivire.

Don't badmouth Scyther. He'll beat fire gym by awesomeness alone. Honestly speaking yeah, that sounds like something she'd do buuuuut she did give us Braviary prior to fighting gym v2 and Gothitelle before first fighting gym who is no Gardevoir but she ain't nothing to laugh at. Ame may just be a tad more generous that we give credit.

So his pachirisu was definitely trained differently right? Because that pokemon at level 50 does not have real defense like it showed.

Pretty much it's a means to raise other pokes without grinding so much and to learn more about Reborn. I love this world so I think sidequests where you learn more about how it came to be without too many spoilers would be really cool. I guess the whole island thing was one big sidequest (seeing as how kiki could have given him the hm and permission then challenged him later) but it was canon to the story and fit with who the characters are so technically I don't think it was side material. But yeah stickers in turn for quests would be good seeing as how all the stickers I have are thanks to nickaboo's videos. Except the teleport lady.

I'm gonna start this off by saying I'm not good at locating or retracing steps. This is especially true in Reborn seeing as how the better the item the more you must walk the road most traveled by. So just a little thing for discussion and hopefully something Lord Ame will consider is a sidequest system. A lot of games, more recently than old titles often have 1 obligatory side quest so that the player can learn how this is done. Something nice for the beginning is since Victoria and Cain are around is teaching the player the usefulness of sidequests. I.E (Cain notices the lying fisherman who claims to have a Magikarp egg to which the pc states they don't want to add a pokemon like that to their team but Cain insists otherwise and you pay for the pokemon and that sidequest begins causing you and Cain to split up to look for the thief, which ends inevitably with (f*&^**ing) Ducklett. (Take Gardevoir, gimme Magikarp) Showing the player the nature of sidequests as well as the corrupt nature of Reborn the hard way. From there sidequests can be received in the grand hall via anyone. (but Fern) The idea since Reborn is about difficulty is if there are rewards at the end, they aren't very good since the city of Reborn doesn't have much but you can at least train pokemon for rotation instead of mindless grinding. You can find out backstory of more characters and gym leaders that became quiet after fights reawaken to give a little bit more dialogue. I recognize adding a system like this takes time so this isn't expected to be added in by like next episode but it's something to ponder on and if everyone can give their two cents without attacking each other I'd like to hear honest opinions so that something like this can help lower skilled players as well as hunters. I.E if pokemon are given as rewards they will be weak to the upcoming gym or low tier. Any thoughts can help.

Scyther is in my top 5 favorite pokemon of all time so I'd like to see him join the roster. Only barely losing my favorite starter of all time Charizard and the best legendary Mewtwo.

Question. I do this when getting a good nature/ivs with my starter. If you do a save before hatching and reset post hatching wouldn't that reset what you get? Or do the number gods decide when the egg is laid?

Am I the only one that thinks Talonflame is whack. Low defenses mean roost really is delaying the very short inevitable and a double weakness to rock seeing as how a rock gym is coming up is pretty bad. Also if it was released early, seeing as how everyone said he isn't too strong that would make it just a pain to train and being released late when atks and sp atk pokemon are stronger means he's going down. Not strong enough to sweep and not bulky enough to last fights. Unless he has some crazy debuffing I personally don't see the point in Moltres' lame cousin. P.S but that's just me.

Yeah seems like we're all on the same page if I don't breed and even then it seems like Crobat kind of wins since this game doesn't have great tms. Sucks cause Gengar ignores three types completely but seeing as the only type left he'd ignore is ground 1/3 of which ground types learn a dark physical move I think that is pretty much outweighed. Thanks for the feedback peeps. Crobat and his cool X shaped-ness is gonna stay on my bomb squad. P.S don't know how to pin or solved topics so, if someone knows how. Please do that.

Got a Crobat, got a Gengar. Love both pokes but I need type coverage. Due to limited moveset, Crobat kind of kills but typing, Gengar will inevitably get me out of sticky situations. Who do I choose? P.S I don't do breeding, just not mah thang.

Why didn't you roll with a fire starter instead of Pyroar. I've been seeing a lot of Jynx users, is Jynx a good pokemon? Isn't like any ice type better.

I agree that it's definitely likely that Anna is high up but if she was the champion then why endanger literally everyone's life. Also how would the doctor be able to take her into custody. She'd be the damn champion, I feel that'd hold some weight.

The only hard part for me was fighting Porygon, since he had signal beam and psychic and his hidden power I think is ground which takes out my Ampharos, Blaziken, Crobat, Krookodile and Gothitelle. Took me some strategy to overcome such an unconvenient moveset.

Anna's Ace being Gothitelle and the leaders all being real people, I didn't know about. I honestly figured Anna was one of the later leaders and not gonna lie thought her ace would be Jirachi since it was her doll in contrast to her brother's. (Yes, I think a leader would roll with a legendary in this game of evil) I do like the Gothitelle/Reinculus link idea. As for champion, never gave it much thought and unfortunately Anna is gone during the El chapter so she can't tell you about him if she was champion. Also sorry, didn't realize you could edit posts.
