  1. ahhhh... so that's how the Revelation-Path starts... I knew it! You know that reminds me... if you use Boots on them... they still don't wear any... what are they doing with them?
  2. Water Treatment Center Discard 2 of Cards from your hand and flip a coin. If heads - put 2 Water or Psychic Energy Cards from your Discard pile into your hand. If tails - put 1 Water or Psychic Energy Card from your Discard pile into your hand. (Psychic Energy, since it's also used for poison-types) Agate Circus Flip 3 Coins and resolve this card according to the number of heads: 0x heads - Nothing Happens 1x heads - Draw a Card from your Deck 2x heads - Schuffle one Card from your Discard pile into your Deck and Draw a Card 3x heads - Draw a Prize Card (What would a Circus be without the games? - BORING!) Department Store Sticker Discard a Card from your hand. Swap this Card with one of your Prize Cards (You 'buy' yourself a Prize Card! - and since you know where you put it, you know which prize to pick last)
  3. oh god... I could barely sleep last night... some pipes are clogged up in the house - and I was constantly paranoid thinking like "oh god, when I wake up, the whole bathroom is under water!" and stuff like that...

    1. Hect

      Hect

In the old apartment complex that I lived in as a kid, we always had the water heated up during the night.. it's hard to explain, but it sounded like cows mooing at 3:45 AM, I was always so afraid of it, really. I ran out of my room and slept in the living room when it happend.

  4. Ok... I just finished Conquest Chapter 18 (the one with Zola), (yeah a bit slow, considering my last post, but I didn't have much time to play lately) and now there is one thing I don't understand in the Corrin/Azuras behavior in the dialogue at the end... Both Families are sitting at the table, at that banquett... Corrin and Azura have a plan to defeat Garon... WHY ARE THEY NOT TALKING ABOUT IT?? It would make the whole thing so much easier if the Hoshidan-Family knew about this! The Hoshidans could pretend to surrender / to be defeated - hide inside the Castle, let Garon take place upon the throne, and BAM! AMBUSH! but noooooooooooooooooooooooooooo... they refuse to talk about their plan and with that, letting innocent people get killed... I mean, sure there is the possibility that they wouldn't believe you (hell, you are Nohrian-scum to them)... but even Xander, Leo and Camilla said that Garon has changed for the worst... BUT! I guess I know why... the devs are using OOC knowledge! Takumi is most likely under Iagos spell, acting as a spy - like in Birthright... but Corrin/Azura cannot know this by this point - so there is no reason why they shouldn't talk about it! ARGH! If there is one thing that totally drives me nuts, it's plot-holes!
  5. Meteor Duo Aster & Eclipse Put your currently Active Pokemon in the discard pile and put a benched Pokemon as a new active Pokemon. All Energy-Cards attached to the discarded Pokemon are now attached to the new active Pokemon. The new active Pokemon cannot retreat or switched out otherwise. Your Opponent draws 2 prizes when defeating this Pokemon. (I wanted to do something with 2 prizes for those two, since they always come in double. The passing on of the energy-cards is to represent their partnership ... bla bla bla...^^) Grassy Field (Stadium) Active Pokemon restore 20HP at the end of their respective players turn. If a Fire-Type Pokemon uses an attack while this Stadium is active: That Attack deals +20 Damage The instead of healing 20HP each turn, Pokemon will now suffer 20HP damage at the end of the players turn - Fire-Type Pokemon do NOT take this damage This stadium is destroyed after 3 turns. (just like the ingame counter part - it grants healing support, but can easily be destroyed and turned against you! - hopefully you are not facing a Fire-Type deck, when playing it... or you are playing a Fire-Type deck or want to punish your enemy!) Corrupted Pokeball Choose one: Your opponents currently active Pokemon is replaced by a benched Pokemon. Your Opponent cannot put the Pokemon, that was benched by this Card, into play until that Pokemons retreat-costs are payed. OR Discard this Card to free a Pokemon under the effect of another "Corrupted Pokeball" Card. (A good way to get rid of an annoying Pokemon of your opponent, but if your opponent also plays Corrupted Pokeball, he has easier means to get it back into play.)
  6. hmmmm... I would say Bonnie - because she really cares for her Dedenne and is very lively, playful and somewhat carefree -> ahhhhh... a happy life full of playing around and cuddles but since Bonnie isn't a real/official trainer yet I would say May - because May is best Poke-girl! and since I totally would be an Eevee, and Glaceon being my favorite Eeveelution - it would totally fit with May having a Glaceon or Brock! because, if I would be a Trainer in the Pokemon world I would totally be like Brock... he knows how to care for his Pokemon
  7. Alolan Psyduck and Golduck -> Water/Psychic it's a shame that they never resolved that flaw after Gen1 ... To this day whenever I catch a Psyduck I always think "Sweet when it evolves it will be Water/Psychic!"
  8. Cepheus

    Eeevee?

In the forest after the Railroad (god I already forgetting the names of those places) you can find an abandoned train. In there is a Diary of the Driver. He gives instructions - I think it was like a windy Wednesday - or something like that. When these specific conditions are met, a tree in the forest will disappear, allowing you access to a Labyrinth Cave. In this Cave you will encounter Smeargles, and you have to follow clues to find your way through - when you take the wrong exit it puts you back in the first room (some old typical - Labyrinth mechanic used in many games) Once you follow the right path you will find a small dead-end with a Pokeball - that Pokeball is Eevee (which the driver of the train... ... not gonna tell you, it's in the diary... it's really sad) If anyone other than me could give precise instruction - that would be more helpful - but everything is in the diary ... so find the train, find the cave, find the Eevee
  9. Normally when you have a Helix-Fossil with you, one of them will ask you if you are willing hand it over. I think (I haven't played in a while, and it's long ago since I did it) no matter what you answer, if you say 'no' he will be like "understandable, I wouldn't part with the allmighty either." they will give you a quest to bring them another Pokemon from their Religion, and in exchange they give you other Fossils, like Jaw-Fossil for Tyrantrum. and It was repeatable if I recall correctly.
  10. ugh... work is so boring... I want to go home already and play the next wing of Karazhan

  11. you are aware that it dies against everything with a Focus Band/Sash, or Rocky helmet/Iron Barbs, or higher priority move, right?
  12. yeah, mining for fossils can cost hours... I soft resettet for like 2 days of 8hours just to find a Helix-Fossil for that Helix-Cult quest. other than that, Eevee could be available earlier and easier (that stupid labyrinth-cave...)
  13. but... but Fighting makes way more sense... since Fighting includes: Fighting, Rock [and Ground] - Steel is just Steel. ugh stupid TCG and it's ignorance towards the Type-chart... BACK IN MY TCG-DAYS WE DIDN'T HAVE STEEL, DRAGON, OR FAIRY TYPINGS!! xD
  14. The ones that immediatley come to mind are many Final Fantasy titles... Final Fantasy Tactics - the music is so good... and the change of pace once the cutscene goes over into the main-menu screen. Final Fantasy VIII - The duel between Squall and Cifer that actually goes over into the actual start of the game, and "Liberi Fatali" as a music choice! Final Fantasy X - The Blitzball Game with Tidus, Auron standing on the rooftops, while "Other World" is blasting thorugh the speaker and then the Attack of SIN!
  15. 1. procrastination / lazyness best example is in the morning - Alarm rings for me to get up... turn around... just five more minutes... 20 minutes later I finally get up and rush all my things (bathroom, preparing food for work, getting ready...) - oh, right I wanted to do XY ... ... *2 hours later*... hehehe... look at that silly cat... wait I wanted to do XY... ah what the hell... I'll do it tomorrow... 2. I'm not that talkative IRL... espacially not on topics I'm totally not interested... I could talk games and anime for hours but other things... not really. 3. I have a really bad obsession with "..." while writing in forums or chatting... god damnit! 4. number 3 might be partly because I hate to finish things (mostly games and other fun stuff)... like RPGs. Everytime a RPG tells me I'm about to battle the final boss, I tell myself "Ok, I finish this tomorrow" and then I don't touch the game for 2 months or so... because I just don't want it to end... 5. I don't like crowds of people, that's why I don't go partying (and because most of the times, their music is just bad) - and therefore I will most likely forever be single 6. not really a habit - I was in school, when being a nerd/geek/gamer made you the outsider - and therefore my confidence in dealing with people took a huge hit... if only I was born one or two years later when everyone started to use smartphones and always needed someone with know-how *sigh* edit: 7. I drank so much soda-drinks (cola, fanta etc.) in my youth I can't stand the blandness/tastelessness of plain water anymore... it just feels wrong
  16. PULSE-Avalugg PULSE-Evolution of Avalugg 300 HP - Water Pokebody/Ability (whatever): Indestructable - PULSE-Avalugg cannot take more 80 points of damage per attack, regardless of Attackpower or weaknesses. 2 Water + 2 Colorless Energies - Avalanche - 60+ Damage Detach and discard any number of Water Energy from this Pokemon. This Attack deals +30 Damage per Water Energy detached. 4 Colorless Energies - Rest Detach and discard 3 Energies of your choice. Heal this back to full HP and restore its status. This Pokemon is now asleep. Weakness: Fire, Fighting Resistance: Water Retreat Cost: PULSE Pokemon cannot retreat once they become active --- OP much? I mean... only 80 Damage per turn (plus eventual poison damage) with 300HP and REST! (edit: I changed Indestructable from 70 to 80 Damage... so it wouldn't be able to live 4 hits...)
  17. "I AM POWER INCARNATE!!" - 1/1 Deathwing summoned by Barnes :P

      Raindrop Valkyrie

    3. Raindrop Valkyrie

      Raindrop Valkyrie

Not even mentioning how inconsistently something like that would go off.

  18. We can't forget one of the most essential part for Reborn-Decks! PULSE-Machine Attach this card to your currently active Pokemon to PULSE-Evolve it with a PULSE-Evolution from your Hand or your Deck. If you play a PULSE-Evolution from your Deck, shuffle your Deck, afterwards. PULSE-Evolutions can only be played by using this card. zEl Choose one: Search your Deck for a "PULSE-Machine" and a PULSE-Evolution, and put them into your hand. Shuffle your Deck afterwards. OR Search your Discard-pile for a "PULSE-Machine" and shuffle it into your deck. Double PULSE-Energy Energy-Card - This Card counts as 2 Energy of the Players choice! Can only be attached to a PULSE-Evolution Pokemon. PULSE-Muk (edit: stats are subject to change - due to my lack of card knowledge) PULSE-Evolution of Muk 150 HP - Psychic Pokemon-Power: Protean - Dettach and discard an energy card attached to this Pokemon. The next Attack of this Pokemon is treated as the type of the discarded Energy. Toxic Torrent - 2 Psychic + 1 Colorless Energies - 70 Damage - Flip a Coin, if head, the opposing Pokemon is now poisoned and its retreatcost is increased by 1 Colorless Energy until your next turn. Waste Disposal - 2 Psychic + 2 Cololess Energies - 60 Damage - Flip a Coin, if head, deal 20 Damage to each of your opponents benched Pokemon. (don't apply weakness/resistances for benched pokemon)
  19. In a status post Pocky wondered: "what if there were pokemon reborn pokemon cards?" A few ideas came together... and now before that status vanishes in to the abyss, come show your Ideas for Reborn-themed Pokemon TCG Cards! here are the ideas from the status: Pocky: Titania - "Discard 3 cards from xour opponent's deck." Cepheus: Charlotte - "Both Players discard 2 Cards from their hand OR their Deck (chosen by the respective player)" Julia - "Draw a Card. If it's an Electric-Energy - choose one: Draw another Card OR attach the Energy Card to a Pokemon immediately (additional to the 1 energy per turn)" Florinia - "Discard an Energy-Card from your Hand. Search and draw a Card of your choice from your Deck. Shuffle your Deck afterwards." Amaria - "Shuffle your Hand and the bottom 5 Cards of your Discard-pile into your Deck. Draw as many new Cards, equal to the amount of Cards you had in your hand, after playing this card." Azeria: Corey - "Every card on your opponent's bench is now poisoned and has 1 extra damage counter on it." pyrromanis: Tech Glasses (item) - "Shuffle this card in your deck. You can't play any energy cards until you draw it again. If you draw it, discard it and you can play as many energy as you want for the rest of the turn. You can have only 1 Tech Glasses in your deck" G.Gardevoir (stage 2, evolves from Kirlia, psychic, 140HP): Gossip Interview- for 2 psychic energies. Look your opponent's hand. Choose any attack from any pokemon he has and use it as this attack. Hypotic Gaze- for 2 psychic and 2 collorless energies. 90 damage. Flip a coin, if heads the defending pokemon is now asleep. Grand Hall (stadium) - "Each player can evolve a stage 2 to a stage 3 pokemon the same turn it evolved from the basic pokemon to the stage 2." M3G4 T3RR4 (supporter card) - "Your opponent can't play any supporter cards for the next turn." edit: I totally mistook Pocky with Viri, as the one who opened the Status post, since viri had a status directly below and was the first to respond to it... sorry, Pocky I fixed it
  20. Command & Conquer 4: Tiberian Twilight I finished every C&C games campaigns... except this abomination... I TRIED! But the game was so bad I couldn't handle it to keep on playing after finishing the GDI-Campaign and starting with NOD... Disgaea I'm a fan of those tactic RPGs... but after like 40 hours of gametime I realized how grindy it would become, because Enemies kept being like 20+ levels above and one-shot me... and then looking up and realizing that it goes up to like Level 99999999 (whatever) I just quit - I don't have time for THAT HUGE AMOUNT of grind. I wanna be the guy I know it's just memory and execution... but some screens were just bullshit... Dragon Age: Origins It's a great game... but I never finished it... at some point I got stuck in this weird Magic-Dimension, where you are some kind of fire-Spirit, with no way out and everything 2 shot me... MegaMan X7 (I think...) the first 3D Mega Man where they introduce Axl ... god that game was bad... the controls were horrible... and you couldn't play as X until you did some stupid stuff in some stages... just uuuuugh
  21. yet, he has won the Orange League... but even then, Ash's goal is becoming Pokemon MASTER - who, in the Pokemon world, said that a Pokemon Master is someone who won ONE(!) League? - It is only ever stated that they are the League CHAMPION! Champion =/= Master By MY OWN(!!) definition, a Pokemon Master would be someone who would have won several different Regional-Leagues at least once, and has deep knowledge of Pokemon, how to care for them, advanced battle-tactics, and so much more that is to know about Pokemon... So Ash will NEVER be a MASTER - since he is only focusing on battling. (and the occasional catch to fill up his team) I mean really... someone who has to ask what Pokemon it is before him, that totally told it's name 10 times in his face... and THEN has to ask the Pokedex about it's name... just cannot be a Master... A League-Champion, yes... but not a Master. Gary, despite not having won any League [to our knowledge] is by far, way mor classified to be a MASTER then Ash, even though he has given up on challanging Gyms and Leagues, to become a Pokemon Professor... In the Original Kanto-Arc Gary had caught, and trained(!) way more Pokemon than Ash in the same amount of time.. Later he still shows more knowledge about Pokemon and advanced battle tactics, than Ash, while traveling alone! (and therefore caring for his Pokemon alone, where Ash always had Brock and his other Companions) yeah I know Off-Topic, but... eh...
  22. Wow... the new Overwatch short, featuring Ganymede, is beautiful :o

    1. Pyon Pyon Kyuu!~
    2. Shadow Roxas

      Shadow Roxas

      Everyone needs a Ganymede tbh

    3. Cepheus

      Cepheus

Ganymede should be his own Hero in the game... I would totally main him :P

  23. also the Normal Z-Move was revealed at Gamescom it's called "Hyper Sprintangriff" in german - which translates into "Hyper Sprint Attack" - so basically a super powered Quick Attack...
  24. You know one thing is bothering me ... "They are trying to maintain hype for Sun and Moon". If 1.5 Million People download a fan game, with all new Pokemon - isn't that an indication for hype? maybe these people always wanted to try a Pokemon game, to see if they would like the concept and don't own a 3DS maybe because of money-reasons - without using Emulators illegally (or not having the knowledge of Emulators) - like a 11 year old, who doesn't have the money, or their parents don't have the money to buy it for them. and then they are getting "blocked" by Nintendo because - "BUY OUR GAME FOR WHICH YOU HAVE TO WAIT ANOTHER FEW MONTHS! OH, AND YOU NEED THIS HANDHELD!" and since there are no official links anymore - they might think it's impossible to get it anymore - because maybe they are kids, and don't have the knowledge of how the internet works, or their parents handle all their download stuff. In the end, it is always only about the money, but they never realize that they never lose any money through fan games, they might even get more fans that would buy their game and make even more money... but whatever... Copyright law is a bitch... and with AM2R is the one thing where it only is about copyright - because, what has Nintendo done with the Metroid Series? - the lackluster multiplayer Federation Force, nobody asked for. AM2R is a perfect example of what people expect of Metroid game. We want to explore an open world and not be confined a mission-style gameplay... that is something for Star Fox. I finished it in ~7hours 100% completely blind, since I never played the original Metroid 2. Nintendo has done nothing big with Metroid since the Wii with MP3 and Other M (I still like Other M - FIGHT ME!) so Metroid completeley missed the Wii U cycle, just like F-Zero... which also missed the Wii Cycle - GOD DAMNIT NINTENDO! give us a new F-Zero or I'll make my own! (after I learn Game-development, programming, 3D-modelling, animation and/or spriting) and now I got carried away... *sigh* All I wanted to say is - Fan games make the HYPE for coming official games only stronger, because you can bridge the waiting time while actually playing I've NEVER seen anyone who played a fangame say: "I don't need the upcoming game anymore, because I have <Fangame>."
