It depends on the trainer you're dealing with.. The two shown here have 1 main Pokemon with support Pokemon to back them up. That's not to say that you should dismiss the supports. One wrong move and you'll be in for a hell of a trip. Off course this won't always be the case, and I'll have to include certain things to make them interesting, but we'll cross that bridge when we get to it. And yes, you'll be able to face these trainers any time throughout the game. There is no cut off point. I haven't decided if I wanted to scale the teams with the # of badges up or not... We'll see.

Update # 2 10/12/2016 Unlike Gearen City, there's another place that received a higher scale rework. Those would be Goldenwood Forest, Goldenwood Cave and Goldenwood Grotto! Goldenwood Forest: Goldenwood Cave: Goldenwood Grotto In addition to that, two other things had a visual rework of their own. Zetta and the Dimensional Rift! ------------------------------------ Deviating from stuff in Goldenwood Forest...Introducing Challenge Trainers! Challenge trainers add a unique new type of battle that focuses more on themes and specific strategies to overcome any battle. The troll trainer with the Alakazam in Gearen City is now replaced with a challenge trainer. Though the battle is different, I'm sure you'll suffer all the same. If you can defeat all* of the challenge trainers, something nice will happen! *Note, not all of the challenge trainers will be present in V9. ------------------------------------ Something that I've really struggled with is showing expression within NPC's and certain characters. It's really hard to see what a person is feeling when they're just a punch of clumped up pixels. So, because of that, I've added more "emotes" and "poses". Here are some examples: ----------------------- And finally... Two new Pokeballs! These are the Mineral and Steam Balls. Mineral Ball: Specializes in capturing Rock, Ground, and Steel-Types. Now, now... let's not jump to conclusions here...

First update! Gearen City has been left neglected for far too long. It's up to two daring people to change things for the better...! Jan and Zumi join the fight! Similar to Ame's appearance in Reborn, you can find Jan at the new Gearen Laboratory...for like 5 seconds and then I disappear for the whole game. You can find Zumi at the Magnolia Library anytime, though! Jan and Zumi, originally from Grand Dream City, have made their way to Gearen City to make it a better place. Next time you walk around Gearen City, you'll notice some differences. One major difference is Venam's Gym! Due to the concern of the "Corruption" or rather, the "Badland's Curse" spreading, Venam's old gym was demolished in favor of a Badlands research center. Do not fret! Venam was given her own section of the factory to use as her gym and it looks like she appreciates it... I think. Rumor has it that there's also a secret to her gym, but who knows what it could be? But trying to run a research center on your own takes up a lot of income. There's no way two ordinary people could fund something as big as a factory. That's why Jan and Zumi evicted every single resident of Gearen City in favor of new office buildings!! The Velvet, Aqua, Emerald, and Violet Apartments have been reconstructed into the Velvet, Aqua, Emerald, and Violet Buildings! They are also now color coated now. (Due to request!) Finally, the Abandoned Sewer has been remodeled. Nothing to really say here. Design is overall pretty similar. Mostly a structural change. --------------------- Oh, and for those wondering what happened to the dear, precious lives who once resided in Gearen...They were given free apartments in Grand Dream City as compensation. They're living the life right now. You'll be seeing some familiar(?) residents at Grand Dream City when you get there!! Though... some haven't left because they can't cope with the reality that their home is no longer there... ---------------------- For those of you who can't BEAR to live life without Jan, do not fear! Jan is now the official Gym Guide. Panels will be located around designated arenas. (Of course, sometimes there won't be for story reasons, but someone around will help you instead.) You may be wondering... what happens to the old gym guides? Well... ---------------------- Finally, we've hired new New Nurse Joys because the old ones were lame and boring....Oh, that and there are two new worker trainer classes. o7 That's all for now. I think we're only going to see Izuru/Hajime. Kodaka has stated that the characters of SDR2 would not have an after story or something to that effect. :c.

RPGMaker doesn't support some formats. MP3 formats are your best bet. RPGMaker is also a little finicky with how the song is titled. If there are foreign letters in the title sometimes it won't play. (As what was said above me).

Make Donald Drumpf again. 1. Though Reborn inspired Rejuvenation, that wasn't my first attempt at making Pokemon games. I think I answered this before but my answer tends to vary because I'm not 100% sure what exactly got me into it. I think I just saw other fangames and said "I can do this too". 2. Maybe... 1. I think about 17. One episode will have 2 gym battles, and the second to last will be a story episode only. You'll have all the badges at this point, then the final episode will finish the game w/ Post game... 2. A lot. Almost all of my time. 3. I work at this payroll office so I work with excel spreadsheets a lot of the time. Which includes filing, sorting and all that other boring stuff. 4. Probably to control time tbh, but we all know how that goes on. 5. I REALLY love Zatch Bell(Konjiki no Gash!!). It was my first anime and it will always be an anime dear to me. Other than that, I would say PMMM and Stein's:Gate. (Just watched Steins:Gate recently and I fucking loved it.) 6. Delicious food, and great moments with friends. It's true. 7. My dad doesn't know because I haven't really told him about it. My Mom knows about it and she's upset that I don't charge people to play it lol- But that's moreso due to ignorance on how copyright works and yada yada. 8. An Easter egg that's not currently in the public release. Oops, does that mean I was working on Rejuv regardless of the hiatus thread? Maybe. 9. Difficulty is relative to the player, I think. I've heard "Intense is broken, Intense is too hard", but I also hear "Intense is too easy". So IDK. 9.1 That's classified information, friend....

Oops, looks like this is a thing now! Rejuvenation now has a Reddit! There's not too much to say about as there's not much there at the moment, but if you snoop around a bit, you may find something related to Version 9... Who knows? I was so paranoid about leaving something out in this post that I reddit twice just to be sure. . . . . . :]

Second post in a week? That may be a new record for me. (I think. Who keeps track of these things anyway?)... --- So, I've been getting quite a few emails and PMs lately asking if it's okay to use resources from Rejuvenation. Whether it be for personal purposes, or wanting to use a tileset for their own game, yada yada. I'm just going to use this post as an official statement. Yes, you may use resources from Rejuvenation. All resources are up for grabs. However, I have one small personal request. That you would refrain from using sprites/resources of main characters. I'm not going to go after you if you do end up using them (I don't even have the energy to do so if I wanted to, lol.), but I would prefer if you would leave those characters alone. ^^ Thank you for reading! -Jan

I've made numerous posts like this in the past, but the issues never seem to stop, does it? It's that time again, isn't it? Time for the "Version 9 Status Thread" to appear. Only... that's not going to happen. Not now, anyway. To get straight to the point, Rejuvenation will be going on hiatus for a little while. Just until things start to cool down. There's simply just too much going on at the moment. I cannot give the time required to sit down and focus on Rejuvenation. This is partially why the wall of bugs is slow to update. This is why 8.2 hasn't been released yet. This is why other sites have not been updated. This is why my presence on this site has been nonexistent since, like, February. I don't know how long Rejuvenation will be on hiatus, but I promise that whether it be a month, or three months, or three years (No way in hell it'd be this long, but just let me be dramatic), that I will come back a stronger person in a better state of mind. Money can get me many things while a wish can get me one thing. I also wouldn't have to worry about anything in life anymore. Except maybe health reasons. 2.) There used to be some, but I deleted them because they were pretty outdated. Other memes that were inserted in the game a long time ago will probably get the boot as well. 3.) In order from least favorite to favorite: Kanto, Unova, Kalos, Hoenn, Sinnoh, Johto. Kanto is boring tbh. 1.) I don't have much of an opinion because I haven't played it yet, but it looks like a good time. A lot of cool features and Delta Pokemon.
