    Sure enough, the Litwick was hovering away. "Lucifer, pon!" Raiza cried out. "Sorry, Lana, I'll have to follow him... He can take care of himself, but still, pon." With that, the girl turned to follow, calling out to her Candle Pokemon every now and then, leaving Lana to decide if she would go with Raiza or not.

    With a grimace, Helze considered keeping her bow and arrow away. It looked like they had to rely on pure stealth and speed to get out safely. Out before anybody could spot them. Just seeing the earth swallow up that man... The ranger shuddered visibly, remembering the eerily-realistic gravelly sensation of soil filling up her throat, blocking off her airway... She shook her head, hard, trying to get the nightmare out of her head.

    I'm always up that early, unless it's a Saturday or Sunday. My classes all start at 7:30, no less... Don't even get me started. : / I need bananas in the morning.

    With a grin, she waved hello to the Ground type Pokemon. "I found an interesting critter, a Skorupi, pon. Though... er... she doesn't seem to be very friendly with everyone else, so far," Raiza said slowly. "Pretty stubborn girl, Achlyx is. Just like that goddess of poison in the books I liked to read. I'm not giving up on her, though, pon, now that she's part of the team." Holding the camera tentatively before packing it into her bag, she replied, "Ehh, I'll probably just draw a Pokemon or something. Just taking a picture seems kinda boring, to me, pon." Lucifer hovered and hummed contently, looking around for something Raiza could draw. To nobody's surprise, he drifted off on his own again, in the direction of a certain, dark-looking cave...

    "You're... not kidding around with me, right?" Pulse began, uncertainly. But then again, there were accounts of humans becoming Pokemon, a recent case here in these lands, and another far, far away, perhaps on the other side of the world... she'd only read it in an archived article delivered by the Pelipper Postal Services. Still, she couldn't help looking the Chimchar over and over, as though scanning for telltale signs that she were a human... but she just looked like an ordinary Chimchar. "I thought Darkrai had been banished, his memory removed and everything..."

    If you guys need me to, I'll make it so that she can at least walk (in somewhat wobbly steps) once they get to Gestas.

    "Found your Turtwig, pon?" Raiza asked, seeing the pleasant look on her friend's face and the Pokeballs in her hand. The camera hung around Raiza's neck with the help of a lanyard she had in her bag, though she still held it firmly in her hands. In all honesty though, she was probably just going to draw a Pokemon rather than take a picture of one.

    A hand, which, normally, would have been rigid and toughened from fighting and surviving, squeezed Jupiter's gently and assuringly. "We will pierce the heavens with our arrows, sister." If Jupiter looked up, she would see Helze's grey eyes, stormy as she herself was shaken, though the girl did her best to sound calm. "We will." The ranger nodded to Marcus. A stupid dream wasn't going to stop her from finding her father. "Hunter is swift-- he will run to wherever he will be needed most, but for the most part he will stay by my side." The huge wolf rumbled-- softly enough-- in agreement. Whatever scared Helzebeth and Jupiter would pay-- he would see to that.

    "... thief," was all Enya murmured, in her sleep. Then she drifted back into quiet sleep, absorbing the cold from the cloth on her skin.

    *reads the word "burn"* that actually sounds like fun. so, what were we talking about again? TIL the Blue Whale isn't the largest living organism after all, but instead, a fungus is.

    ^same, most emphasis on the bold text. It all started with Gold and Silver, for me... and even if the game didn't make any sense to me, I still loved it. The anime also got me more into it too. That and it's like virtual pets but more badass and fun.

    The more time I spend in my Environmental Sciences class, the more I realize how the Second Law of Thermodynamics is going to screw us all.

      I'm still in the process of finding the balance so that I don't completely not give a kcuf, and at the same time not have a mental and/or emotional breakdown from worrying about things in general.
