  1. "Ace wanted me to come here ~ Ace says that there's something really nice waiting at the very bottom," the girl explained in a singsong voice, having completely missed the question about Miss Ellaria. It seemed that the child was all better now, her sickly pallor gone, voice no longer hoarse, her skin cool.
  2. "Hello" made her look up and see the Gnoll. When he kicked, Helzebeth blocked with her free arm then grabbed his calf to swing him off balance in an attempt to throw him off the tree.
  3. I really should be doing my schoolwork right now

  4. An arrow flew towards that other Gnoll attacking the Elf Templar. The ranger then looked for a good vantage point, opting to climb a tree nearby. From there, she provided support and fired at the Gnolls. In the meantime, the Dire Wolf stalked the battle, looking for an opportunity to strike.
  5. "Er... Well, yes, that would be the only logical conclusion," Pulse murmured. "But if that's true, then we should tell Lady Llumi about this." Hopping up, as though suddenly reinvigorated, the Espurr gestured to the stairs. "Come on; we can go to Castle Mystique after we beat this dungeon!"
  6. And somewhere else, with Miss Rose, Enya said a bit cheerily, "The conflicts have started... Ace wonders if Greed is powerful enough to divide us."
  7. ... God I love these innuendo moments. Corona is like the innocent little girl of Danielle's team XD
  8. Wordlessly, and thinking it was only logical since she was the nearest, Raiza stepped forward to help. "He'll be fine with them, Lucifer," she said to reassure her Litwick that stuck so closely to Henry. Reluctantly, he hovered by his Trainer... anyway, they would meet again at the camp. "Doctor, I've left him two ice packs, one for his rib and the other one for his leg. Please make sure his head is all right; I've checked and there wasn't any bleeding, but still... Also, my classmates and I have applied first aid to as many students as we could." Raiza fished out a piece of paper with scribbles on them and handed it over. "These are some of the findings and injuries we've taken note of."
  9. "Wick, wick," went a Litwick tugging at Raiza's sleeve. The girl turned, figuring that since they had her sketchpad and Kage, there was no need for her to hang around, and got up to go to Henry to explain. "Basically... Kage claims to have met a Celebi that showed him a vision of... well... some buildings having been blown up, and... Ryan... dead." The girl barely whispered the last word, her eyes not meeting Henry's. "I... didn't see the Celebi myself when I found Kage in the caves earlier, but... I don't think he'd ever make something messed up, well, up, like that."
  10. Whatever we write comes to life in the IC... so the stories we write around bound to overlap with those of others. I'm not sure how the mechanics and stuff will work, but this is pretty interesting; I'll keep an eye on this thread xD
  11. "H-Hey," Raiza stuttered, jumping up from the splint, "I'm sure it's not a fixed event. I-It could just be a warning, like, a heads-up so we could take measures to prevent it." At the moment, she hated herself for having mentioned a Celebi. How the hell did she ever get herself into this situation? Maybe she should've just let Lucifer wander into the caves on his own and kept to herself... being the bearer of bad news always sucked.
  12. Yep, and it's been confirmed. and so has Zephidon
  13. Quietly, Raiza worked over the splint. The black-and-white drawing was how she'd imagined it, depicted in a sort-of comic. The first square depicted Kage with his injuries, followed by a Walrein and a Luxray. The biggest and final square showed Ryan on the ground, where some places where shaded to represent blood. In the background loomed the silhouette of buildings with smoke rising. "Kage says that a Celebi called him to the caves. I hadn't seen it myself, though... But I don't think Kage would have any reason to make up such a thing," Raiza said.
  14. Even more fitting when you realize... that Water is weak to Electric types. AWWWWWWWWWWW YEAAAAAAAAAAAH--
  15. An arrow whizzed through the air. The half-Elf Helzebeth stood by the trees with her bow poised and already another arrow at the ready. Hunter glanced at Cookie before appearing to nod in acknowledgment, and growling at the bastards they were up against. ... That is, before they noticed that there weren't anymore enemies. "Oh," Helzebeth said, standing down a little bit.
  16. I don't know why but I like this name XD hellraisers
  17. Surprised from Danielle's reaction, Raiza froze when she was hugged. "O-Oh, don't worry, I've got this splint, just got to tie it up a bit tighter and-- Professor Cadmus?" The girl straightened up, her hands paused over the bandages. Then she remembered her agreement with Kage. "Ah, yes, I've got them. Rogue, honey, would you be a dear and get them out of my bag? I've just got to tighten this splint." Her Dark-Ice type assistant reached into the bag and pulled out a sketchpad, respectfully offering it to the teacher.
  18. Yeah, this'll be a thing every time now, but if you guys have to, go bunny Raiza, again. I'm fine with it happenin' when I'm offline and when something big happens and stuff like that, so long as it's within reason. This is just so I don't hold up the flow, or end up looking like a rock. I guess the only exception of course would be if Raiza's in a battle. Yeah.
  19. Now that she looked closer, there were telltale ruts in the ground and a bit of broken rope. A few moments passed with Raiza processing Danielle's words. That's a pretty shocking bit of news... But it's like those movies and games; the SOP tragic snapping of the rope and survivor's guilt. Sometimes the survivor lets it get him or her down to a dangerous level... not on my watch. On the other hand, Henry did say that? The corner of her lip tugged a bit, before she smiled faintly. See, I knew this guy wasn't as bad as people make him out to be. "Henry, huh? Well anyway, I'd agree with him on that-- it's not like you let Evan go on purpose, or like you tampered with the rope. I'd bet anything that you wouldn't have done any of that messed up stuff, and that you'd given it your all trying to help him." Looking the other girl in the eye, she continued, "You tried; we all would have done the same. If anybody else had been in your position, would they have managed to pull him up in time? Maybe... or maybe not." Raiza looked back down at the splint she was making. "It does suck that he ended up falling, but... if you hadn't acted, then he would've not had a chance at all. You tried. You did what you could, and that means a whole world of difference." She smiled, more warmly now, trying to reassure the other girl-- now was not the time to mope and feel sorry. They had to do what they could and keep working.
