I generally talk to Spade about TG:RE via PMs but I can definitely say to read the manga than watch the anime Sini, but if you really want to watch it, I say go for it. But if you do watch it, definitely read the manga after to get the better other perspective of it.

    As a TM, no. However, you can learn it from the Move Tutor in Agate Circus for 2 Blue Shards. For future reference, check the Item Location Guide by Odybld if you have questions like this.

    Like Lord_Ludo already stated, the parent that is holding an Everstone will pass down the nature of the holder. Another option is to use the Pokemon Psychologist in 7th Street and soft reset til you get the desirable nature.

    Nope. The only way you can get a Magby in Episode 15 is by trading a Magmarizer for one in Calcenon City. You can get a Magmarizer by repairing the stairway there for 40,000 PokeYen.
