Yeah, they are in Albion. You will have to figure out by yourself how to unlock them tho Beware, one of the police quests crashes the game, preventing you from completing it... Which means that, if you save your game while in the middle of that quest, you will get stuck. So my suggestion is to save BEFORE taking a quest, and then avoid saving again untill the quest is completed. This way, if you eun into the quest that crashes the game, you can just soft-reset and pick a different one.

When you do, remember to check the OP of the Ep 1 topic for fixes. Putting the attached maps in the game before actually starting it should give you the best experience, free from annoying bugs

If the opponent switched mid-turn, then yes this is known. Check the OP -
This is already known (I forgot to add this to the OP, so my bad, I will fix this immediately). Basically, you are supposed to complete the event by always approaching Oppossite from the sides. If you approach it from the front, in theory the event should be reset, but as of now the whole thing is very buggy (will hopefully fix it in version 1.5). So yeah, just redo the event by always approaching the rat from the sides, and you should be fine.

Great, we really needed to confirm this. thank you so much Ody. I am adding a line to clarify this to the OP as well. So yeah, Follow, Turnip, and the others who got stuck at the gym, please try this method and report. Maybe we sorted this out without Az!

Another guy played on Windows 10 and didn't get this bug. This is indeed weird (stupid modern OS). Oh well, I would recommend to wait for 1.5 but I cannot guarantee it will fix this, so yeah, if you want to give the game a try go right ahead. Please make sure you get all of the bug fixes mentioned in the OP, and report back in regards to the last one (the one that supposedly prevents the game from freezing after beating the gym leader). We still have no confirmation as to wether or not that fix actually works, as while we did get some reports from people for whom it didn't work, we still haven't received word from anyone for whom it did work... A question for everyone tho: have you tried saving OUTSIDE of the map you are replacing (in this case, this would mean outside of the gym) before replacing it? This may or may not have to do with it. Again, I am not really qualified to give this kind of advice, but I am the only one online right now, so I am trying my best ;-;

This was already reported, will be fixed in 1.5 Are you playing on Mac? Because so far, that issue has manifested only for Mac players and, as the OP clearly states, the game is NOT playable on Mac right now... Will make sure to fix these in 1.5 For now however, our priority is to solve the Mary situation, and make sure that at least the main story is 100% playable. Azery still hasn't shown up, so please hold on a bit more. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Ok guys hold on. I was trying to confirm that the problem with Ody's situation was my fault... And turns out, the supposedly fixed map doesn't work for me either. At this point guys, I must ask you to stop posting your save files. I repeat: STOP POSTING YOUR SAVE FILES. I am in no conditions to help you, and we have no confirmation so far that the updated map actually works, so we'll have to wait for Azery (who went to sleep LONG ago, and God knows if I should have done the same) to look into this one. Everyone wait for Azery's post before posting anything in this discussion.

CRAP I JUST REALIZED THIS MIGHT HAVE BEEN MY FAULT. I got you past Mary in version 1.2, but I just remembered her badge in that version was bugged... This might very well be the cause. We would need someone for whom the map switch worked (as in, they can beat Mary on their own without the game freezing) to confirm that accessing the area is possible afterwards... Lemme go to sleep guys please ;-;

Most of these were already reported. The lack of music is your problem, I know because it happened to me too in the past (it has something to do with the audio format, dunno the details), but the theme is there and plays for most people. And the Pokeball thing in Pokemon centers is intentional, the mini-event in Essentials didn't have them so we didn't feel the need to add them (it's not like this impacts playability in any way). *goes to sleep for real*

Yeah we know, the event IS possible to complete if you never approach it from the front (you must approach it only from the sides), however it is kinda buggy. If it keeps giving troubles, just skip it for now, it should be fixed when we release version 1.5 Here you go pal. Game.rxdata

I take it that putting the fixed map Azert made into your game didn't solve the problem for you? Weird, it worked for Acacia...

I'll tell you the total number of different Pokemon you can CATCH, if that is ok for you. Notice that I said "catch", which means that the number does not include evos nor the starter (but it does include events/trades). So yeah, the total number of Pokemon you can catch is 11!

So you are like me, in that swapping maps doesn't work for you. Well here is the thing: I have an older version of the episode in which the freeze does not occur, so if you give me your save file, I can get you past Mary... But to do so, I would have to beat the gym for you, is that ok? The alternative is to just wait for 1.5, which will come soon-ish and fix all these problems once and for all.
