To this you need to add that, well, dual sand (meaning, a team with TWO sand setters) is doable, because Hippo and Ttar, while admittedly sharing some weaknesses, are still a nice defensive core, considering that AV Ttar in sand has some ridiculous SpDef, and Hippo, having very solid Def and access to a recovery move, can afford to carry Smooth Rock. Compared to that, dual sun has a glaring weakness in that both its weather setters are weak to SR, and of them, the one that can carry Heat Rock lacks a recovery move, making it very very easy to wear it down. With this being said, Viridescent did make a mistake in saying "scrap your idea and use something else": this section is called "rate my team", not "tell me to use a different team". If a guy wants to use a strategy, you tell that guy what are the best choices to build a team around the strategy, even if the strategy in question is a bad one. Telling him "sorry, your strategy is bad, so use this other strategy instead" is against the stated goal of this section. I was about to follow up on this by analyzing in details the strengths and weaknesses of a double sun strategy, and giving suggestions on how to make such a strategy at least partially viable... But then the topic starter posted, stating that they like your suggestion, so yeah, at this point I have no reason to say anything more. But please try and keep my words in mind going forward!

Nostalgia, maily. As a little kid (20 years ago!) I played Red and I loved it. So now the thrill I feel whenever facing, in a wild battle, a Pokemon I have never seen before, and about which I know absolutely nothing, makes me feel like that kid of so many years ago. Which is exactly the kind of feeling I hope to re-create in Pokemon Se7en.

Lol that girl in the front row seat, the one who was trying to get Roman to take a selfie with her, was about the only person in the building who gave a damn about the whole thing. To hear a crowd make it so clear that they just don't care, it was almost painful to watch. I have said multiple times that I am a big fan of Roman Reigns and, as such, I am deeply saddened by this. It is a testament to just how poorly the guy has been booked. There is nothing, and I really mean NOTHING, that he can say or do to get over at this point. The crowds will never cheer for him, unless a major, radical change, something capable of completely erasing his booking so far, happens. Can I say something that will probably sound insane? I don't believe in draws anymore. In the '80s, in the '90s, maybe even in the 2000s the concept of "draw", the guy people pay to see, the guy who single-handedly sold buildings out, made sense. Not anymore. Nowadays, with so many events, shows, PPVs, special Network shows and God knows what else, you see all the possible matches over and over and over again. It is very difficult, in this time and age, to book a match that feels special, that feels like it is something you should really pay to see, because who knows when you'll get another occasion to see it, And this is exactly why I don't believe in the concept of "draw" anymore: a big name guy is only as big as the opponents he defeats, he is only as memorable as the matches he wins. And if no opponents are built to be special, and no match feels memorable after seeing it over and over again on PPV, on the Network and even on free TV, then how are you supposed to create a "draw"?

Here is a fun fact: in our region, the Pokemon that has the highest potential damage output is a Rock-type. And as mentioned, the Bug-type Pokemon with the highest potential damage output is this guy, which is also a Rock-type. And there is at least another type that counts, among its best representatives, a Pokemon that is part Rock-type, plus the fossils are named after weapons, so you should expect them to be able to bring some pain, as well. So yeah, dem rockz hitting hard...

You welcome And as for the availability of this Pokemon... I honestly don't remember at what point it will be possible to catch, or how it will be obtained. However, one thing is for sure: its characteristics make it an ideal choice for offensive teams (and teams that focus on Rock- or Bug-type Pokemon), so yeah, expect to see the guy in the teams of many NPCs that have such mindsets, as early as Ep 2. In fact, if memory serves right, at least 2 NPCs should have it in Ep 2 alone... And two things I want to tell Cepheus: 1) Of all the horn moves, you forgot to mention the most obvious for a Bug-type Pokemon lol 2) What in the beige hell is a Rocora?

I meant in realistic battle terms. The whole Shuckle thing is simply ridiculous and doesn't really count. Also, Ep 1 is already out, so of course we are not announcing anything concerning it: if you want to know about it, just download and play it o.O

Welcome back to Pokemon Se7en! I am making another announcement after only 5 days, for two reasons: firstly, I am going to be horridly busy in the upcoming days, so I'd rather do it now that I have the time. Secondly, I kinda feel bad for the way we went silent a while back, to the point that some people thought this project had died, so I want to show off the work we have been doing in the meantime as a way to make up with our fans. And of all of our fans, one of the those who have consistently been loyal to this project throughout the months is, without the shadow of a doubt, NickCrash. Most of you will know him for his serious (sometimes even too much), well thought out speculations and for his pushy insistent FRIENDLY way of sharing his opinion on matters, but what you probably don't know is that he also contributed a Pokemon to this project. That's right, the object of today's announcement is the brainchild of resident hardcore fan NickCrash, as imagined and given life by Zim's masterful drawing skills: everyone please give it up for Andetle! The tertiary sexual characteristics should make it clear enough, but left one is male, right one is female. Andetle is dual-type Bug/Rock, and is destined to eventually evolve in a Pokemon that, while facing a lot of competition from other powerful bugs of the region (no kidding, if you like strong Bug-type Pokemon, you like Se7en), holds the distinction of having the highest potential damage output of all Bug-type Pokemon, be it in Graterras or in canon, thanks to a certain combination of moves/abilities it gains access to. Speaking of moves, the movepool of this Pokemon was revised, compared to Nick's original plans, but the only relevant change was the fact that Dragon Dance, a move he had originally suggested for the line, was replaced with a different set-up move we found to be more fitting: other than that, it more or less plays like the prototype Nick had made, so yeah, Nick please don't say anything about what you had in mind for the line: we don't want to spoil the surprise!
