(to Miki)
“A-all I ask of you is to let Raito go. Just please, PLEASE, let him go! He doesn’t deserve any of this! He was only following me to keep me safe! The Goddess… They… You… W-Whatever you are! THEY TOOK MY PARENTS AWAY! HE’S ALL THAT I HAVE LEFT FROM MY FAMILY! JUST LEAVE RAITO ALONE! PLEASE!”
At Miki's desperate cry, Silver opened the door to the interrogation cell.
"Hmm. It's been a long time since I saw anyone who cared about a Pokemon that much. It's commendable."
Silver slipped a knife out of his belt and slowly advanced towards Miki.
"That said, you're a risk factor."
He turned and strolled behind the chair where Miki was bound. With a downward swing, he cut the ropes.
"I'm not too sure how I feel about the fact that you were willing to sell yourself out, though. Have a little dignity. Would that Jolteon of yours appreciate you defying your own beliefs?"
Silver helped Miki up from the chair.
"Even so, I'm going to take a risk with you. Name's Silver, head of Team Dusk Covert Ops. This is not the Church, this is the temporary staging grounds for Team Dusk. I apologise for springing this on you, but... would you like to join us? We can't have any more of that easy willingness to sell us out though. Please consider, and let me know when you're decided. If you decide to join, please steel your resolve."
Silver led Miki by the hand out of the pitch black room and into the light-filled corridor.
"Your Jolteon is safe, in the room down the left hallway. I'll see you later. Please have a response for me then."
With that parting statement, Silver casually walked down the right corridor, away from Miki and her thoughts.
