Ryan, still lying across the ground, stood silent for a moment. This world is so cruel. There's no justice for people who do stuff like this and it isn't fair. Ryan turned his head towards Phoebe. "There has to be something we can do. I know that life isn't a fairy tale, but this just isn't fair. Justice needs to be served, and I'm not going to rest until that is done!" Glacien was confused as to why people were suddenly getting between the Gyarados and him. Surely he's just trying to make funny noises with me! No harm done! The naive Spheal chortled at the Gyarados again and rolled out of the way of Colere and Avis. He stopped right in front of the Gyarados and did something that no other being would dare do. Glacien extended, to the best of his stubby ability, his miniature hand towards Gyarados. He had admitted defeat in this battle of sound, and he wanted to congratulate the winner. -

{Ryan vs. Raiza} Glacien was too discombobulated to realize that he had actually hit Lucifer. In his moderate confusion, he began a tremendous roll right into a tree and bounced off. When he landed, he was finally able to steady himself and a bruise had evidently formed on his head. However, as if by magic, the ring of water floating around Glacien began to funnel towards his bruise and it seemed to heal within a few seconds. And as if no water was expended, the rings formed back around Glacien and began, once again, their beautiful orbit. Glacien, always used to Ryan helping him if he got hurt when they played, was angry to see Lucifer just standing there while he had so obviously been hurt. With unexpected agility, Glacien rolled closer to the Litwick, shooting a Water Pulse when he was close enough. -

A champion who needs to be in melee range in every way, who can be peeled incredibly easily, and is far less effective when the enemy team has a frozen heart and randuin's omen. I don't see how it's that OP.

I would have assumed that if it were to be done before 100%, that there would be a category specifically for the beta progress.

Sorry to burst some bubbles, but keep in mind, once it reaches 100%, it's going to probably be in beta period, which can take about a week or more to finish before it is released.
