Trust me when I say Lee Sin constricts so many jungle picks because if you play someone like say idk Nautilus?? You'll be clearing your second buff when a Lee Sin with 200000 damage and amazing mobility comes out the bush for first blood. Fuck Lee Sin.
Lee basically has a strangle hold on the jungle early anyway. He does fall off late. I hear there are nerfs to him on the PBE though....so maybe there is a bit of hope XD.
oh it is only removing the atk speed lower on his 2nd E. WHile it will help some Junglers against him it won't affect most match-ups I don't think. Also his shield duration was halved, from 4 secs to 2.
