    From what I've seen in PvP, I think I just fought a team of the most overused champions out there. Katarina, Akali, Varus, Zyra, and Evelynn

      oh it is only removing the atk speed lower on his 2nd E. WHile it will help some Junglers against him it won't affect most match-ups I don't think. Also his shield duration was halved, from 4 secs to 2.
