  1. Try a hard refresh of your page with ctrl+F5. It should force the browser to reload the page cache and grab the new image.
  2. For starters, much of this information is already on display on the field effects page: http://www.pokemonreborn.com/game/fields.html Using Mist from your example, these moves terminate it: and these moves turn it into Corrosive Mist: There are likely to be some exceptions but I'll try to speak to the topic in a general sense. In general, when a field is "terminated" by a move, it reverts to whatever the natural field was, or if the natural field is reverted to a "no field effect" state. Natural in this context means the existing environment - whatever state the field was in when the battle begun is the 'natural' field. As far as terminatability of a field, it varies. Some will have ways to terminate them and others won't. The field effect page above should note all of those cases, though. In short, yes. Corrosive Mist takes the place of Mist as the "modified" field - that is to say that if Mist had 3 turns left and you use Smog to make it Corrosive Mist, Corrosive Mist will last for 3 turns before fading to whatever field was natural. ... well ... you die, probably. As far as the field goes, exploding the field will just speed up the process of reverting it back to the natural field. Hopefully this should shed some light on field interactions for you.
  3. The CW section is not in any immediate danger - the Athletics forums specifically was added with a requirement that it maintain a certain level of activity to stay and that wasn't met. So it goes.
  4. With the latest installment of the Reborn game fast approaching, it's probably high time we recognize how far it has come. Fifteen episodes of content that are years in the making have brought so many people in the community together, producing an incredible variety of fan content ranging from sketches and sprites to several let's play series and even entire other fangames! It's very clear how invested in this game its playerbase is and how much they excitedly anticipate the next release. Plus, the consistently active speculation topics make player interest all the more clear. The developers are also excited to share the new content with you, waiting with bated breath to see how the players react to the secrets and surprises and all of the events that await them in the upcoming plot sequences and what sorts of amazing fan creations that they come up with. Unfortunately, a single spoiler can ruin all of that, both the interest and excitement of the player and the anticipation of the developers. From the developer's side, it can be disappointing and disheartening when you see something you were waiting to see surprised reactions on get exposed early or outside of its context, and from a player's side it can kill excitement and interest when something gets revealed in that way. When people spoil things, everyone loses. Therefore, our stance on spoilers for the content of the Reborn game is that they are not acceptable. With this in mind, we are enacting a new spoiler-lock policy after new releases, which will last until one month after each episode's public release date. This new policy is further supported by the site rules, most notably rule 5: Not everyone plays the game at the rapid-fire pace of those who download the new episode and rush to complete its content within the first few hours or so. Thus, the onus is on you, the players, to respect that choice other players have made and not spoil its content for them. During this time, we ask that topics on the forums containing Reborn game spoilers be marked [spoiler!] as such. Spoiler-containing statuses will be removed if posted and, in addition to posted spoiler-lock informing topics, a forum warning for spoiler use will be added. It will not have any warning points attached to it, but note that repeated intentional infractions may have further consequence. Chat in the lobby that contains game spoilers should use the spoiler markdown that Pokemon Showdown has. To use it, type 'spoiler:' or 'spoilers:' and any text following this will be hidden by a grey box that will reveal the hidden text on mouseover. Note that it plays nicely with capitalization and other markdown (bold, italics, strikethrough) as well. However, we do understand that talking about the game is also something important to preserve. To that end, we've set up an official chat room on the server named "E15 Discussion" to allow users to talk about E15 spoilers freely outside of the main lobby chat. Using this chat over the lobby for discussing the new episode would be greatly appreciated. Personally, as I started my venture into Reborn as a player first, I know how excited people are for the upcoming releases. Sometimes spoilers can be really enticing to talk about too - learning a big secret like that can make you just itch to tell people or tease them with it. While that sort of interaction can be fun, we ask that you respect the investment that other players who don't want to be spoiled have and this new policy on spoilers. ~ Blind Guardian .... oh and those of you looking for spoilers, here:
  5. ... our skype pms are full of me trying to talk to you and you not responding to me for months at a time, you sloven wench :[
  6. ........ yooooooooo wut da fuq ps don't listen to this woman she'll just add you on skype and then never talk to you
  7. ............ challenges noted. Request for authority interference approved. Progress terminated. Returning users to the start in 3.. 2.. 1.. 0.
  8. ༼ つ ◕_◕ ༽つ GIVE FLOW ༼ つ ◕_◕ ༽つ
  9. Couple of points to add on to what Skitty's said: I tend to use Frustration & 0 Happiness > Return & Max Happiness to weaken opposing Ditto and if you're going to try Drain Punch on Megalop, maybe it's something you should consider. Another mention of usefulness in Will-o-Wisp and Sludge Wave on the respective Pokemon, especially in the latter case as without it your Gengar gets amusingly walled by Bulletproof Chesnaught. (Shadow Ball, Focus Blast and Sludge Bomb are all blocked by it)
  10. So.. good news for you, Diamond. She's actually already reverted that nerf and things are a-ok for future episodes. ^^ Thanks for being such a passionate player.
  11. This thread has been locked because it's beyond the original poster's questions (which have since been answered) and is devolving into something unnecessary.
  12. It's true, I did know (I used "Spiky Shield" Chesnaught to beat Solaris Garchomp once for fun) and we fixed it, but I am really grateful you decided to contribute to the bug reports and later decided to stay. Congrats on your one year, Sheep. ^^
  13. It looks like this is for the Reborn game rather than competitive, so I'll move it over to there. PM me if that's not the case and I'll move it back.
  14. Though not likely to see a release and will get integrated into e15's, this is probably the most apt descriptor.
  15. It used to, but it was changed again to perhaps the longest sidequest we have, presumably with a Magikarp at the end. (Not that you can even get to the end of the chain by e14 content.)
  16. To be fair, some of the story concepts behind Reborn (things like Team Meteor, etc) were based off of a comic made about Reborn, called +Infinitas. Though unfinished, it's still present on the forums so if you want to look at it you can. ... Lemme go see if I can find Will or Ice.
  17. And even better for later game EV training, since they're a guaranteed encounter and give 1 Speed EV.
  18. There appears to be a lot of confusion with the rules of this game. Allow me to clear things up a bit.
  19. "Love is when two people inspire each other to live."
  20. 14.5 isn't a story content release, it's intended more for implementing moves/abilities/etc, bugfixes, and updates to ORAS. If you're planning on finishing 14 first so you can do just the new story content in 14.5 ... there isn't any.
  21. Why do people vote for anything in this thread? Perhaps they don't know about it and are seeking to learn or perhaps they want to open a discussion on it or maybe they do know about it and want to share their knowledge. I don't see a reason to stifle discussion on the merits of knowing one particular 'mon that has a strong matchup against the suggested Pokemon, especially in a game like Pokemon where a 'grass knot mawile' may not fit on every team weak to it.
  22. .... This thread is getting confusing to try and follow ....
