He sounds really complex compared to other Smash characters. I'm loving the effort they put into him! For those of us who have played Street Fighter or other fighting games, I'm sure Ryu's inputs won't be much of a problem.

Well, not that I care in this case, but the amount of time a game has been around has nothing to do with spoilers. Some people purposefully avoid looking up all the memes, jokes, videos, gifs, and whatever to avoid spoiling the game for themself. (Me for example.) The length of time it's been around has nothing to do with it. I buy games for older systems all the time, but that doesn't mean I've already googled all the plot information.

This isn't so much of a cliche, but it's still something I hate in most games -- Time limits. Especially when the time limit encompasses the entire game. *cough* Majora's Mask *cough* I don't know. If a game has a time limit segment, I don't really have trouble beating it. It just annoys me to no end for some reason.

I actually thought about doing one of these last year, though I never thought there was anyone else around here interested in MH for the longest time, so I didn't. I had a few plot points that I thought of using, but I never went deep into developing them. Regardless I'd be interested in helping if you want to make a plot, or just RPing if you'd rather go that route.

Ryu's been about Shoryuken since the early games. Whenever he'd win in SF2, he'd always say something like "You cannot hope to defeat my Dragon Punch" - referring to Shoryuken. His ultimate technique in Marvel vs Capcom games is also Shin Shoryuken. Shoryuken has always been his best move...

Am I the only one who's extremely pumped for Roy? (And I barely even play this game...) I do hope he's not AS much of a clone, though I love him either way. Just DON'T TAKE OLD CHARACTERS OUT. That's my policy. There are people who main them, and it's annoying when your favorite character suddenly isn't in the next game. (Roy's not my favorite, but he's somebody's.) Even if he's exactly the same move-wise as he was in Melee, I'll still be happy. (I could actually see that set doing incredibly well in Sm4sh. I'd put it at the best of the three clones if so.) Anyway... ROY'S OUR BOY!

This probably says something bad about my sanity, but I would legit play SAO if it existed today even knowing that I would die if I died. (Assuming there are no other/better VR options.) In my opinion, it's not really that different from living in the real world. If you die, you die. Gotta be safe, just like always. This gave me a chuckle.

For me, the only boring part of SAO was the Alfheim arc between SAO and GGO. The SAO arc stands as one of my all-time favorite animes, and I thoroughly enjoyed GGO and the arcs after it as well. I think it's partially because I just love the characters and the worlds, so I can look past some of the things that others might consider flaws.

So yesterday I discovered that SAO II doesn't end after the Excalibur arc like I had originally thought months ago. It was a pleasant surprise; I loved those last episodes with Zekken. Totally didn't cry like a baby... >.>

Did somebody's character meet Snow in the original Graterras RP? I feel like it was her, but I'm not positive. It was during one of the dream sequences iirc.
