I am at my battle with Connor now, attempted the cave puzzle thingy but nobody even begins to give you a hint what you're meant to do there so I guess I failed with that Team for Connor atm - lv20 Sandile, lv19 Vivillon, Lv19 Pansage, Lv19 Glameow, Lv19 Braixen EDIT: Added a bibarel to that team (lv15) It essentially swept 3/6 of Connor's team with rollout , the other 2 fell with the help of sandile and glameow and the last one was taken down by Braixen needless to say, my team without that bibarel got demolished because things like flame burst 1/2-shot my entire team

That exactly. Corey's story seems believable, his daughter ran away and he joined to keep contact with her in some way. Kiki as well, just a person who played pokemon and knew she had a terminal illness that eventually ended her life, nothing odd there. Amaria and her amnesia as well+ depression. Aya and Cain is a natural occurrence so that as well, Serra + Bennett as well if you ignore the Luna part. Adults can indeed play pokemon , no harm in that, it's not even about them joining the league, it's about this whole group of people who just HAPPENED to join the league to keep track of "misbehaving" kids or runaway kids... and they all grouped together in the same place ..and knew each other, it just seems really..."convenient" Let's take Heather- she ran to blake who also just happened to be playing the same league along with cal, and then there's shelly too ?_? But ok, one can say heather met blake online in the league and ran to him after (why would u run to a jerk tho?) And maybe they all knew each other from the league at 1st But the orphanage case is just really um... yeah, idk ( That's fascinating if it's really true but yeaaahh ) . Even if you look at that topic with the excerpt from the convo between challengers, anna, charlotte, it seems like.....really just seems like roleplay. If the guy needed to monitor their activity online, he could so much as stare at their screens, seems incredibly weird sigmund who does illegal sh*t would spend his time battling randoms in a pokemon league. And in the 1st place, why weren't Laura and Charlotte in their older sister's care if she was an adult? Anddd then we have Luna. She ran away from her father because he became a cultist? How did she meet Radomus, or even Serra and Bennett? And again, they ALL JUST HAPPENED to play pokemon in the same league?_? It's all just so complicated when you think about how it'd work in real life that it doesn't seem believable. Again, if it's real, then by all means, that's amazing and makes this community and game even more amazing, but yeahh. I did ask a long time ago if we could know more about the real people's stories/experiences, but was shot down, so this remains a mystery to me

I got introduced to this game by muh friend RD and I had my expectations sky-high due to his descriptions and comments on the game. Needless to say, my expectations were met. I can replay this game every new episode that comes out and it can still feel "fresh" because its world is just so rich and full of adventures. I don't feel the need to use over 6 pokemon in my runs, but I sometimes do if I feel like I rly want to use a certain pokemon

I'm just gonna take this opportunity to express my ever-evolving hatred towards Pokemon's very own mascot- Pikachu (or as I usually call it, Pikash*t) My hatred stems from its overexposure in media, literally everywhere. Can't call its design bad, 'cause it isn't bad. It's cute and all that, I once had a plush pikachu as well. However, it was never a favorite of mine and the anime+ media made me loathe it. It gets so much bullpoop in the anime that it's infuriating... I mean, that frail little rat could never in a million years hope to beat a latios or a regice..or any legend at all. There are no levels in the anime, but a frail rat's frailty should be considered even there and not come up with some nakama power stuff or non-existing attacks to beat stuff. I get that it's the mascot and all, but there's just so much special treatment for it that I honestly wouldn't be surprised if they "found" a way to give it a mega despite logic pointing to a mega Raichu. My distaste for pikachu + other events inspired my current all-pokemon comic that will probably never see light in the digital world, or maybe it will, things like Reborn exist, so maybe my plot isn't so weird after all. Of course, I also don't like greninja and charizard getting special treatment in terms of forms, especially that ash greninja poop, but charizard has always been a favorite of mine design-wise so wellp, having 2 megas instead of 1 isn't enough to make me dislike it since it's not surrounded by bull- like pikachu. Yep, I cannot getover the fact how good bw2 were in terms of things we players wanted to see, I'm just listing these things again because XY was a giant step back from everything bw/2 ever stood for I: I guess I just wish pokemon would take it a step further and more than bw2 and explore the world of a darker plot.. Just yeah, take everything bw/2 had and improve it, take it further, I'm sure we'd all be really happy

Well, usually in those cases, it goes 2 ways, either the person was so entangled in the story of their guilt that they cant cope with the truth or they just get so mad about having been forced to live a lie that they wanna do sumt rly stupid in general or to the person responsible. We will have to see eventually, but I'm sure she will find out

I havent read through the replies yet, so maybe some or all things will have been mentioned already but wellp For me, Pokemon is missing soaring-like Fly animations of unique pokemon ( yes, pls show us how a trainer flies on a pidgey or a dodrio!) - Surf animations for unique pokemon (yep, same here, I wanna know how people surf on a zigzagoon) - A darker story that isn't all sunshine and rainbows/frendship is magic handholding fest - More involvement of gym leaders and characters in the story -Your rivals/friends being more memorable. Hugh is probably still the most memorable guy to me - More pokemon logic-straightening in the direction of finally making sense of Cut (they replaced small trees with thorny bushes so it now makes sense you need to cut them out of the way) - Dark gym - Gym leaders with 6 pokemon and who aren't a joke -a plot that possibly involves more legendaries and involves their "powers" being used on you or something - something different than what usually happens when you start out - a nuzlocke mode -difficulty modes

Yes that pretty confirmed that Charlotte mistakenly thinks she's responsible for her parents' death. I'm sure her "burn scars" will disappear once she finds out and is no longer burdened by false guilt P.S. Onto reading those interviews/topics now, I've always been interested to know what happened with the RL people the chars are based on

I have heard of the book but never read it nor cared to read it, thus I had no clue this was a quote from anywhere. I just took it as it was written and well I do think it's quite rude to presume that just because a title is "famous", it's practically a sin for somebody to not know it or not have read it. Not every country's schools or whatnot concern their students with the same titles either

Ppl who suffer from that are often deemed to be on a higher intellectual level than most humans, although they express it in means that appear as "crazy" or wacky to ppl. Needless to say, the "burns" on Charlotte are her emotional scar of the past because she believes she was the one who started the fire that burned down her house and killed her parents.

I think pokemon movies became a bunch of repetitive tauros poop as they went by I think the 1st and 3rdmovies are the best ones because they feel different than the solid "amg the box legendaries are fighting each other/big legend trying to destroy world and the small legend of the generation has to halp stop them/it while being hunted by someone!!!" pattern that established itself from hoenn onwards Probably my favorite one would have to be movie 3: spell of the unown. It just felt different than usual (along with movie 1) Fav pikachu short... well I stopped watching those somewhere around hoenn but from those I did watch, pikachu's vacation (movie 1 short) and pikachu & pichu (movie 3 short) are my favorites P.S: :Special mention to the power of one for the..well.. powerful story, even if the plot doesn't really deviate from the norm, also LUGIA

I dunno, I associate steel with being cold and hard like Titania, Rini's robotic persona is also scholarly/smart-sciency so it kinda fits grass more than steel. Steel is usually heavy brute force , toughness. And ... Florinia didn't used to be a robotic person but she is now due to Titania-related events

To all you guys disliking Titania, her character is merely representing her type -steel Actually all, or most, gym leaders represent their type in some way (Terra,no, what even is that?) and for the steel personality, I think you aren't supposed to like her now as she is, but that steel will melt later on and I'm sure she will also get some char development
