Kiki is a she, btw I do agree she can be quite tough if your team is slow and frail enough, or has no coverage against her

Money always comes by easy if you're a farmer On the issue of TMs, that's just another thing that is made the way its made for purposes of keeping the game harder and otherwise to keep certain pokemon from being too overpowered too early on

It's just that your very point means cancelling out the entire plot and that would never happen. The decisions you are allowed to make are always minor. You as the protagonist don't get to choose whether you wanna help the bad guys achieve their goal or not, you're forced to oppose them. To have it otherwise would be to make an entire different reborn where you can opt to be one of the bad guys, or be a megalomaniac yourself. What reborn is telling you is that you DONT want to unleash whatever power lies behind that door, sooo uh yeah, youd never be allowed to make that choice 3 gyms into the game

I would assume that you are trying to prevent the opening of that door, given that team meteor are trying to open it... that could answer the question why you're not given the option to use those keys you have on the door...and of course, what was already mentioned, leaving half the keys behind would be a terrible idea
