It's supposed to be a 12.5% chance for a female combee. Add in the fact that the encounter rate of Combee is something like 5%, not finding one in 3 hours isn't surprising. Only thing you can do really is to keep looking... -

Nothing too excessive, though. Maybe just something that lets them know when to set up and when not to set up (e.g using Swords Dance with 10% HP left)

Would it be possible to (when you have time) add certain scripts to make the AI smarter? For example, alowing them to effectively use movesets that set up on the opponent, or stalling movesets?

I'm all for them bringing some use for Poison attacks into competitive battling, but... I think shofu put up a pic of Mega Gengar on one of his videos, though it might be a fake one.

you could try timestop i suppose...I use it to freeze my trial version antivirus on 30 days left, cos those things are darn expensive... :/ but it doesn't work on everything

I don't think it will have anything to do with the TV, but it's definitely on Azurine Island. As for rareness, I believe Shroomish has a 1% encounter rate.

Drilbur is in all Tanzan Depths maps. In-game events shouldn't affect the wild encounters.
