You have to walk near the house opposite the Pokemon Center (on the southeast side) to trigger the event. It's not weather based at all.

SELECT BUTTON? Such a thing exists? (Honestly, never used it before on emulators) I usually leave the controls as they are, but since I've been playing Reborn a lot, I've changed them to more or less match Reborn controls (Desmume: C = select, X = menu, Z = cancel/run, A = register; vba = didn't change: z = select, x = cancel)

^ Trust me if you've been doing it for a while, running out of rare candies is the last thing you worry about. I have close to 1000 rare candies at the moment, though no-one would be insane enough to sit here for that long (except me). The upside to Lv 71-91 pickup members is the fact that you will be getting a lot of Revives, Ultra Balls and Hyper Potions, which you can't really get anywhere else in Reborn

If you wait for the DW abilities to be fixed, then you should go for Sawsbuck. Serene Grace, that is all.

What Kev said. Lunatone is, in fact, not in Tanzan Cave. Rather it's a one-time event under the Grand Stairway. Plus, the event randomly assigns one of three (i think) possibilities to a save game: 1.) You can catch Lunatone but not Solrock 2.) You can catch Solrock but not Lunatone 3.) You can catch both Solrock and Lunatone So there's a chance you can't catch Lunatone at all. For now, the best method for making money is still the Pickup Army. It takes a while to assemble one, but after that, money should come in relatively easily.
