Klinklang? Doubt you'd want Magnezone since you already have an Electric type. Same goes for Psychic types too, I guess. Heck even Swampert would be great. Or one of the Ground types you can catch under the stairs in North Obsidia...

Shuckle isn't Apophyll Beach exactly. You have to smash the rocks south of the Academy, where you first meet Kiki.

The rock with the Shiny Stone is hidden behind a tree, if that helps. Cuts down the number of places you have to look, too.

EV lowering berries are available in the derpartment store, though you need a certain number of stickers to reach that level (i think 4?)

Ame could we please get Rhyhorn in Ep 10? It would fill the missing link in SO MANY breeding chains for so many moves (e.g. Earthquake, Stone Edge) :x
