You can get most stones from mining. The ones you cant get are Shiny, Dusk and Dawn.

Nope, it just has to be windy & night. Though it tends to coincide with another event (Zangoose) and you might end up not catching Zorua at all. In which case, Zorua will appear on the next clear day.

Oh yeah, another place for Speed EV Training would be Apophyll Beach, since there's only Wingulls there The Power plant wings are also good for Def (Yamask, Kling) and Sp. Atk (Magnemite) Another Def + Speed place would be the Railnet (i.e. the map before Chrysolia) For higher leveled Def (And maybe Speed & Attack) you could try Tanzan Depths.

Seems weird... I did the Ditto sidequest AFTER the meteor building and Ditto was there when I went back, so I don't see why it wouldn't be there for you. Maybe you missed something out? (Can't remember what)
