I know people seem a bit cautious of the idea of terrain atm but wow I can see the potential for whole new layers of strategy to be born. For example imagine a field which every time a contact move is used a two turn lasting sand storm is triggered, someone like florina would undoubtably more difficult but not indestructible.

I feel at this point EV training is really far from necessary. On the other hand been making an effort to make sure natures, egg moves and abilities are useful though. Why you may ask? Cause Ame is going to find some twisted stuff to throw at us late/post game. You thought flobot was bad??!?! Ame has no doubt got more tricks up her sleeve and I know it might be worth re-doing my EVs later. Can't redo natures, abilities or egg moves though (this ain't pokemon zeta people) so best to get that shit sorted now. Edit: too hard to do IVs without ditto safari!

Mold breaker, magic guard, moxie & wonder guard (working but status moves effectiveness is determined by type?) are the ones i know of.

Yeah after seeing the room and reading the signs myself it really has to be Tauros! I'm supporting the private room theory for another reason too. In 10.5 ame has placed fixed encounter locations with venipedes. These encounters I discovered will scare your Taurus away and because of the position of these encounters the only safe path to get a Taurus into the grotto is actually from the gym, head south and jump the ledges leading to the grotto that you wouldn't be able to use without a Taurus. So unless the supposed tunnel leads straight into the grotto (which we would of found by now) then the gym has to be the way the path for the Taurus to use.

swap grimer for one of the better poison types. Speed and support go for Trubbish, physical bulk weezing, attacking power skorupi or nidoran. I reckon honchkrow will work for your team well.

Teleporting tauros is definitely not the answer as Ame would not just change it because she is mad. Do you know what exactly the sign said? On another note that Dratini myth has been spread by a number of people including myself and I don't think it was ever had a legitimate source such as Ame saying its definitely in the game. If something is not on the obtainable list and its available, it wasn't intentional (see electvire) so i would take the list as a legitimate source that dratini is not yet in the game.

she did change the game. you need to find the dull key in the railnet now to unlock scrafty. As an added bonus Feareth if you can get the key there are a couple other things you might find to help you against shade. Other good poke vs Shade include houndoom, Sharpedo, murkrow and zoroark.

Yeah I asked her today and she said it should be obtainable as of right now. Edit: Well i've gone over the entire wasteland so now im certain if there is an NPC or object that is interact-able they cannot be interacted with on a clear day. literally touched every item, train, fountain and box imaginable.... Either event trigger is outside the wasteland or just in another weather.

The problem truly isn't smogon itself which is a fantastic resource for competitive battling info and humour (http://www.smogon.com/dp/pokemon/luvdisc) but the fact that these smogonites justify every arrogant and close minded thing they say and do in the name of smogon. I wouldn't call it stereotyping on negative experiences as much as I would say it's an image they built comparative to other online cultures. Seriously how many rebornites have you heard about preaching our tiers as superior? The end product of Smogon is fantastic but the culture there is a breeding ground for trolls who take a children's game too seriously

As much as I love umbreon I feel like luna will be using massive threats against us or we can just use umbreon as setup fodder. Thinking things like calm mind spiritomb, SD bisharp, sharpedo and sub honchkrow is the only definite I would guess for it's ability to handle bug and fighting types as well as punish players for taking shift off (the only real way to play)! *sidenote did rotom screen suggest that Luna is doctor sigmunds daughter? Before you catch it, the screen shows heather and Corey together before showing who I assumed to be sigmund and luna together? Additionally both heather and Luna have gems?
