Download the update pack, paste and overwrite previous files in the main game folder. Your save shouldn't be affected. -

You press Z and the item name should turn red, then you move and click C elsewhere and it should swap the two.

So my friend showed me Corpse party today, and in the 30 seconds, I saw: someone's tongue getting cut off, someone getting stabbed in the eye with scissors and a bodiless head. Never touching that genre again
