Did anyone actually look on the bookshelves? I only realised the answers were there after I finished so oh well.

It just depends on what you have. I used thunderwave on the first two of her pokemons which allowed me setup two sweepers, Gyarados and Blaziken. If you get rid of the hail with sunny day or something its pretty straight forward.

Well if you don't mind levelling up again you can use common candies to drop it's level down to (I think its) 36 so you can learn psycho cut. Then you'll have at least one physical move.

Do you have any heart scales? If you do go to the move relearner and you can get some decent moves like leaf blade and night slash.

Have you freed the day-care couple and the Happiny yet? It doesn't appear until you've done that.

You'll find it with Mr. Biggles. I believe you can get it before you verse Aya so you might want to look for that first.

I can't remember the order (if its not different for everyone) but I think it appears at least once in every alley. Just keep at it.

Keep resetting until you get one. The chances in Reborn are higher than the official game's.
