I have been using Paint for sprite work since forever simply because I've been too lazy to find a better way, though I always knew they were out there. By my calculations the Bidoof had the following stat boosts: Attack +6 Defense +5 Sp. Attack +6 Sp. Defense +6 Speed +1 Evasion +6 Accuracy +6

Man, I'm a bit sad with the results... I don't know what Emo Kajj means and Mr. Glum looks Mr. Pissed. So that means... Bullet with his Sad Panda wins!

I cannot even comprehend how you are able and willing to do that one building with such precision and style let alone plan to do the rest of the map in the same fashion. When this is done it is going to be awesome. Perhaps we could even sell actual prints of it...

I like the War idea because then we would work together. Plus, I like battle strategizing on a team level. And if we won, maybe more people from Mysidia would join our site as well since we'd have proven we have something to offer. National Pride and Manly War! Rainbow would be my second choice because its an interesting variation that wouldn't be too hard for people to make a team around. Also recognize people aren't as willing to fight Mysidia but would be willing to change team to fit this. Second choice, but easiest to implement. 1 vs. 1 would probably be very lopsided as many of the battles would come down to one turn. Maybe two if people use Focus Sash. OU Standard is too boring for a planned tournament. Leave them to just those quick ones on PO.

I would think that Wobbuffet would come out of Ubers without Shadow Tag as its ability. That is pretty essential to it being able to trap a Pokemon and take it out with Encore/Counter/Mirror Coat/etc. Without it the opponent can simply switch if it gets Encored into a move and it allows them to try switching and tricking the Wobbuffet user, who is now having to predict more. Before if a Machamp was forced in the Wobbuffet would use Counter, but now the Machamp can switch out so do they go for a Charm or Destiny Bond or Safeguard or do they think maybe the Machamp won't switch and still go for Counter or the Machamp might actually have a Special Attack. Plus, by simply switching every turn you beat Wobbuffet. If the opponent does not attack Wobbuffet, it cannot harm the opponent except with Struggle. That is now an option with Shadow Tag gone if you are willing to do so and the opponent's only Pokemon is Wobbuffet. Before the only Pokemon that could be untouched were a Special Attacking Dark Pokemon (Mirror Coat is a Psychic attack) or a Physically Attacking Ghost Pokemon (Counter is Fighting) and those are pretty specific Pokemon that most teams won't have all the time. Now as to what tier Wobbuffet should fall into, I think it should still stay up there in BL or possibly OU. It's hard to tell where it should go since I've rarely seen in used in even Ubers battles because people despise it so much. If we go off of how often Pokemon are used, people might still stay away from it being a standard team member from the scarring presence it has had in Pokemon history. The fact stands it has the third highest HP, rare access to both Counter and Mirror Coat and useful supporting moves like Encore and Destiny Bond. It might fall lower if play testing ever gets done because Wobbuffet has suddenly become prediction oriented. If the user cannot predict well or a curve ball is simply thrown at them, then Wobbuffet isn't going to do squat. Shadow Tag lightened the need to predict.

What exactly are you going to upload to the account anyway? Most of the people here don't battle on their DS with the actual games (surprisingly) and I don't know how fun it would be to watch a recorded PO battle. I'm with Kaze, not trying to be mean just asking...why?

Hopefully that will help to draw more people to the server and in turn the forums. Perhaps one day soon we will have a larger regular member base than roughly a dozen. I also hope I'll be able to start being more involved and perhaps become a tutor in the coming months, once finals are over.

I saw xerxes use the fourth move and it was.....SolarBeam. Kind of a weird selection, but it's one of the moves that Sleep Talk will not select.

To be honest, I don't think 15 is nearly enough. I remember watching a video on Roulette Battles and in it he stated that the more Pokemon both sides has to pick from the better odds of having a unique battle. With only 15 that's just 2 1/2 teams and doesn't offer much variety. Heck, I think he said having less than 20 was kind of cheating because you have just your 20 strongest core Pokemon. I have no say in increasing the minimum though and for most people it might be hard to come up with 15 unless they've already been saving Pokemon. I'm in if its [i]next [/i]Sunday. No way I can do it this weekend. Also going to create as many Pokemon as possible for the sake of fun.

As far as a animal counterpart, it's supposed be a lizard. Mostly resembles a Frill-necked lizard as they have a...frill on their neck. It also hints at being based on hip hop or punk since it has a mohawk and how its molted skin from its pre-evolution form a hoodie and pants of sort. I think this actually fits nicely under the notion of break dancing and "gangsta" as a fighting style, plus that these cultures are viewed as dark and edgy. And there's your typing! Tabunne - The Other Chansey. I haven't seen a lot from it and Chansey/Blissey are still better options, but it does have some unique tricks as a support Pokemon and could easily be UU. Maybe, I'd have to look into by say...doing an article on it? *wink wink nudge nudge* Definitely be able to contribute more to what I was put in charge of starting winter break and next semester when work is light. I have now learned something about Reborn: Wild Pokemon are scarce Learning is fun! Again, because it is always the case, nice expressions. In the second to last panel I like how he's laughing at the prospect of searching for Pokemon is Reborn as a foolish errand and in turn Will is embarrassed about learning this. At least that's how I took the expressions. Guess it says something about the combined strength of the two if they were able to take out a high leveled Pokemon in two moves, assuming that the Leaf Blade hit but just didn't damage it visually. If it missed, even more kudos to the Scizor for a OHKO essentially. Nice effects on the beams from the Pokeballs, the sharp edges makes them stand out. Good shading on the beams, too. In the first panel it feels like there is way too much open space. You basically have a lone figure and a wall of bushes. It would be unreasonable to say add more detail because after all they are just bushes. Something else though to maybe shrink the panel or perhaps show more action in him coming through the bushes. Second panel Will and Gardevoir are a bit hard to make out with the intense shading and their smaller size being in the distance. Again, probably not much you could do to fix that considering that with smaller images its harder to control detail and smudging. Maybe just easing up on the shading when someone is that far away to allow for the details to show through. Now I can't help but imagine that they are going back to a Minecraft-esque campsite.
