Meaning you can use Vulpix, Snover, and Hippopotas. -Berry Juice will remain banned due to how useful it can be to many pokemon, healing 20 HP. -Other changes from Smogon such as the banning of Misdreavus, Gligar, Murkrow, Meditite, ect. will stay banned.
