I agree, but just make it a casual thing (no reward etc.), and make it clear that those who enter might end up facing perfect stat speed boost blazikens and the like. Think of it more as a series of exhibition matches than an actual tourney.

How exactly does Wondertrade work? Does it have to be done at the same time, or is a mon 'stored' somewhere till someone else comes along?

Imo there should be some sort of ACTUAL REBORN tournament, to celebrate the online gameplay.

You forgot to add that most of the 'villains' are more likeable than the coalition of psychopaths and murderers that you're forced to work with on the 'good' side.

I'd take Hiker's gym guide with a pretty big punch of salt - it REALLY depends on your team. For example, Noel was kinda hard for me, Charlotte was average, and I 6-0d Ciel. (That said, it's still a good guide, but a leader can be completely flipped in difficulty level if you have an unusual team)

Depends on your playstyle and the stats of the Noibat - you need to remember that with the wrong nature and poor IVs, Noibat is crippled.

Don't be afraid to pick up a certain mon for a single Gym Battle and then box it forever - for example, Trubbish with Toxic Spikes can be useful against the second Gym Leader. Reborn has common candies, that reduce a Pokémons level by one - don't be afraid to overlevel a Pokémon to evolve it, and then use common candies to lower it's level for a Gym Battle. I'd also recommend getting a Noibat early on (you can get them around level 15, shortly after the first Gym). They have a good movepool, and have decent typing. Get something with Detiny Bond, or a Ghost type with Curse (Duskull). They can help in defeating some strong singular opponents that guard event Pokémon (Like the Magnezone guarding Drought Vulpix). Lastly, money is in short supply in this game. If you want to catch a certain Pokémon and you use too many Pokéballs - reset - those things don't grow on trees! (Also, avoid the Game Corner - the prizes have been nerfed into uselessness)

Misdreavus would rock as an early game mon imo. By the time you get it now it's outclassed.

So after my hard drive got smashed to bits and I lost all my old data, I managed to recover an old save file....The problem is, out of the many mons I had in rotation, I've lost half of them. Even though I've gone past where I was up to before (just after beating Terra), and I've finished the current content, it still feels like half my pets died (ok, not quite, but still). Anything like this ever happen to anyone else? For the record, Blaziken, Ninetales, Magmortar, Gyarados, Crobat, Gengar, Avalugg survived. Flygon became a Trapinch, Tyhplosion became an Egg, Emboar became a Pignite, Dusknoir became a Dusclops, and Porygon Z became a Porygon 2. Rapidash, Noivern, Houndoom, Chandelure, Typhlosion, Arcanine, and Infernape were all lost to the Abyss. =(

Wasn't Beldum already an event in the Wasteland? Also, if you really, really, REALLY want a Magikarp...Use an episode 8 file.
