Well my old one was terrible so...

Gravekeeper Azery-Shadows surround everyone, their everywhere watching your every step and move.Their your mirror image and are also your best friend,In being surrounded by the dead and shadows I've heard their stories...its tragic to be honest.Sometimes I wish I didn't have to do this but it's tradition...so challenger ....show me the strength held by a trainer who has advanced this far in the world...do you have enough stamina, willpower and Smarts to out think souls that have been around for thousands of years and have been able to hone their skills? Show me in this battle!

Type:Ghost
Ace:Dusknoir-This old friend has been around with me for aslong as i can remember,Do you believe you can defeat this old partner of mine?
Other Members:Spiritomb,Gengar,Mega Bannete Chandelure Cofagrigus
Last Pokemon:This is what i've been desiring....The Strength of a TRUE trainer, but this isnt over yet...me and this final team member WE WILL USE ALL OF OUR STRENGHT!

I will have a field effect that makes it so Trick Room now lasts for 8 turns as apposed to the usual 5 turns. Steel Types are all weighed down by the extreme gravity of the magnets in the room, causing their speed to decrease by -1. Flying types are also brought down onto the floor due to these magnets and moves like Bounce, Fly and High Jump Kick will all have a greater force on their downward ascent. The move Magnet Bomb now becomes a 2 stage attack like fly, with a base power of 100. It is now also considered a special move. The bomb gets pulled to the floor and after a turn it explodes, causing metal shrapnel to fly at the opponent. This attack is now Steel/Normal. Magnet Pull now does the opposite of what it usually does. Instead of attracting metal, it repels it, causing pokemon with Magent Pull to levitate in the air. Ground type moves will now disturb the way a magnet works, so if you use a ground type move, blam. Suddenly those steel types without Magnet Pull are floating and vice versa. Steel and electric type moves gain a x1.2 increase in power. Air Balloons last for only one turn as once they lose their helium, your pokemon gets pulled back down by the magnets. Whew. Ok, now that that's over, more dialogue.

Trainer loses: Did I hurt you with my tools? You should've put on your safety goggles before playing with power tools.

Trainer Wins: Well I'll be. Guess I've gotten a little rusty haven't I? Hahahaha

Afterwards: You're pretty sharp when it comes to your tools too, aren't ya? They seem to know they're in good hands. You take care now, don't hurt yourself too badly. I could always use a hand making and testing my new tools. Hahahaha

not everything on here will work on my Ps3, like some of the buttons and settings, and I couldn't get it to do spacings and linebreaks or anything (that's a general prob I have with the PS3), maybe I just have a virus on it or something...

If I hade a PC or Laptop, I'd have used that, but sadly I don't... could someone fix my post for me please?

Woah, seen some creative teams! Plus the fact that some of you got into character made me wanna try this out! So here it is haha.

Shadow Dweller Blacks - "Welcome Challenger. I am Blacks. Tell me something, are you afraid of the dark? How would you cope if the world as you knew it, suddenly turned to black, consumed by the very darkness that light keeps at bay? Would you cope? Ha. What am I saying? To have made it this far, I'd say you shine pretty brightly for a star that you are. But I'd hate to add a shadow to your glow, but when there is light, there is also darkness. And I'm as black as dark gets."

*Cue epic Elite Four music*

Team:

Zoroark (Would come in as Sableye/ Focus Sash) Level: 70

  • Nasty Plot
  • Focus Blast
  • Extrasensory
  • Dark Pulse

Umbreon (Leftovers) Level: 71-

  • Heal Bell
  • Wish
  • Toxic
  • Foul Play

Bisharp (Life Orb) Level: 68 -

  • Iron Head
  • Sucker Punch
  • Swords Dance
  • Knock Off

Hydreigon (Choice scarf) Level: 69-

  • U-Turn
  • Draco Meteor
  • Dark Pulse
  • Fire Blast

Greni Sharpedo (Life orb) Level: 70 -

  • Protect
  • Waterfall
  • Crunch
  • Ice Beam

Sableye (Sableite) Level: 72-

  • Will-o-Wisp
  • Recover
  • Shadow Ball
  • Calm Mind

After sending out last pokemon - "Hmm, so you really think you can outshine eternal darkness?"

After being victorious - "It would seem your spark has dimmed. But don't fret, you will return...With an even brighter shine."

After being defeated - "Well I guess that's that. Being shrouded in darkness can make the mind blind, so thank you trainer...For showing me the light. Now go on, you have a champion to beat!"

Afterwards - "May the shine you obtain shadow you."

(May put a rematch team up at some point but can't think of anything at the moment xD)

Oh man how have I not posted here yet? I'll just change up my gym leader post then. Elite four is WAY cooler.

First of, my chamber would be like a museum, white marble and huge pokemon skeletons mounted everywhere, and the battlefield covered in ice of course! Also some of my pokemon, like Mamoswine and Aurorus, would be out wandering about, and at first you might mistake them for exhibits. ;)

Shay: Oh, hello, one moment. Just finishing up some notes here. Did you know that Aurorus isn't actually as heavy as it looks? It's bones are dotted with air sacs to keep it as light as possible and allow swifter movement. Almost like the hollow bones of modern bird Pokemon. Fascinating isn't it?...a battle? I see. I don't suppose you're too interested in my studies are you challenger? But you should know that knowledge is power, and if you have no knowledge of the ancient past than you certainly have no hope of defeating me!

Type: Ice, still too lazy to come up with movesets and all that.

F. Frosslass

M. Avalugg

F. Glaceon

M. Weavile (named Vinny)

F. Aurorous

M. Mamoswine (Ace)

Last Pokemon: Oh dear. It seems you're smarter than you look. No matter, we can still freeze you in your tracks!

Victory: You battled valiantly, but it seems our ancient power was a bit too much...

Defeat: It can't be...have we actually been bested? My my...it's been so long since we were unable to keep our cool!

Post Battle: Amazing! Powerful and knowledgeable! You know you're not done yet, but you certainly have what it takes to evolve into something truly astounding, here's to hoping you and your Pokemon go down in history!

Huh, this could be fun.

Mystic Jaromir (Spelling: Yah-ro-mir). I will be using Psychic Types.

~ Automatic doors opened before the challenger. He waited a while to gather his thoughts, took a deep breath and entered. He instantly felt something was out of place. Instead of colour tiles, the floor was covered with a shallow layer of green moss. in the middle of the hall, there was a stone platform, surrounded by a circle of large stone pillars. Challenger looked closer. It appeared that someone was sitting in the middle of the platform. After a brief while, he started walking towards platform. The sound of quiet steps on the moss appeared to make a loud noise in this soundless place. Moment later the challenger reached the top of the platform. In the middle, sitting with his legs crossed and eyes shut, was a young man. He didn't move even after the challenger came close to him. The stone plate around him was covered in various markings. Challenger recognized some unown runes mixed in between them, and realized, that they were not only on the platform. The whole place were covered with them, even the walls. Looking around curiously, challenger heard something behind him. Turning around, he saw the man, now standing, with eyes still closed, looking at his direction with a faint smile. Next, the Elite Four member opened his eyes and said...~

Before battle - So, this is your face. I've seen a mind brighter then the ones around him entering the League today, and wondered who is the one that have it. It is certain that you have the will to claim victory, but what about your pokemon? I want to see their emotions, but to do that, we must battle. You see, in the past humans didn't use pokeballs. The only way to create the strong bond with a pokemon was to be with them all the time. Now, they reside within the machines in the form of pure energy, isolated from the outside world. I won't say it's a bad thing, but I have stopped relying on them for a long time now. I am able to communicate with my pokemon on the level I didn't even imagined that exist. What about you? Show me!

Post Battle - This battle will be a memory woth keeping. Now, go onward to your final challenge. I'll be keeping an eye on your progress. And remember, victory is never achieved alone.

Title: Pokemon Professor Arthur

Region: Reborn? If reborn wants me, I'll be happy lol xD

Chamber description: The whole chamber is water. Upon finishing the previous member of the elite four and entering the room, the trainer steps onto a platform. The platform moves by it's own accord into a large chamber filled with water. The trainer looks up to see the windows open, and somehow notices the Politoed outside of the windows.....and feels the incoming rain. The waves increase in height as the trainer is now at one side of a Pokemon Arena full of water. Various platforms are seen, each having a different shade, some with electricity, some with grass.....as if there were different terrains at work. More whirring sounds are heard, and a tall, thin, white-coated Professor looking man is seen on the platform

"Pleasure to meet you, yet another challenger for the Elite Four eh......Oh well, it's been quite some time since the other two have been defeated, yes, come right in.......

Well I assume you should be able to tell by the field, I am a Water Pokemon Trainer, and first and foremost while I am indeed a scholar, I am also an artist. Yes, Water Pokemon are the most elegant among all the others. They may not have the fiery passion of fire types or the calmness of the grass types, and while some lack the majestic aura of dragons and the cuteness of Fairies, one cannot deny that water has it's own beauty,

Enough of chit chat, let me show you what it means to battle the third of the Elite Four. I, Arthur, hereby accept your challenge!"

INTENSE BATTLE MUSIC BEGINS!

Format: 6v6 Singles

Ace: Gyarados Mega

Field: Mainly the Water Surface Field, Permanent Rain unless other weather inducing abilities are activated (after 5/8 turns, the weather returns to rain)

Note: If this is in an Anime, then various other fields will also come into play as stated. If this is a game, then lol nope it won't

I'm glad that my post is still getting recognition! I never imagined people would be this interested in one of my posts!

@MawileJoey: Seeing as you have already posted your team, I'm a bit late on this, but yes, you can use dupes. Nothing ever prevented canon Elite Four members from doing it so nothing is stopping us, right? I mean, look at Hoenn!

But to everyone reading - All I ask is that if you are going to use duplicates, I'd like no more than 3 from the same evolution line, and no more than 2 of the same species. So basically, you could have two Glalie and a Snorunt, but after that, you can't have any more Glalie, Snorunt or Froslass on your team. If that makes sense.

@BlackClues: Some of these are really creative, but without a doubt your post is my favourite so far! The lines are really cool as well. Makes me wish I was any good at ROM hacking now, I'd definitely include that in my game if I could. :]

I'll probably re-do mine eventually. I don't know why I chose Dragon-type. Maybe it's because I chose Fire as my Gym Leader type, I dunno. I'll get around to it when I have the effort.

Changed my mind. "Some day" is today, I feel like doing mine now.

Carefree Shadow

Elite Four #4

If I was a Pokémon Trainer for real, I'd abuse the travelling part of it completely. I'd be sort of like an "Elite Four for hire" for lack of a better description. Every time there's a spot that needs filling up, I'll fill the spot until a permanent member arrives. If I were ever to stay as a permanent member of the Elite Four however, it'd be in a completely made-up region that I don't have the creativity to think of. I think a substitute-travelling-Elite Four member sounds like a good role. I'd get to battle different trainers from different regions and see how the basic rules of battle differ between them, and what Pokémon are more commonly used across what regions. It'd be a way to explore and learn, and that'd ultimately build me up as a trainer as well as make for some interesting battles to come.

Outside of the Elite Four, the dream team on my trainer card is what I'd be using. But when it comes to my Elite Four position, I'd use some Electric-types. Fire and Electric are by far my favourite types, and I feel that using Electric-types would be more interesting since I prefer a lot more of them and they have a huge weakness to Ground. It'd be more challenging than using Fire-types for sure.

When a trainer walks in:

"I see, so you made it this far, eh? That's good. I like strong battlers, and only the strong can make it this far.

I'll be honest with you - I'm just filling a gap here. I'm only a reserve member of the Elite Four until someone else takes my place. I bet you're wondering why I'm only reserving a spot of such significance, rather than claiming it as my own, right?

Well, you see, I like variety. I like learning about different people, different Pokémon, different cultures. Variety makes for some nice surprises and interesting experiences. That's why I travel from region to region.

I made it this far not just because of my own strength, but because of my Pokémon too. We all share the same experiences, and we've all learned how trainers from different regions battle, and how they communicate with each other both during battle and outside of it.

There are so many different kinds of trainers out there, and it's truly incredible to get to see them all each and every day.

We've used the experiences that we've gained through travelling and applied it to our battle style. I may only be a substitute for the final member of the Elite Four, but that doesn't take away my skill as a trainer, or the strength of my Pokémon. There's a reason we're standing here before you.

In saying that, there's also a reason you're standing here before me. Because you're strong. But just how strong are you? Demonstrate your power to me!"

"As I thought. Only the strong make it this far. This battle has helped me learn even more. Congratulations on defeating the Elite Four, you've earned it.

While you may have claimed victory over the four of us, you still have yet one more challenge to face - one that is recognised as the biggest challenge in the entire region. There's no turning back now. You'd best be prepared. Good luck!"

If challenger loses:

"I spoke too soon. You aren't as strong as I initially thought. Learn from my words >challenger<, they will help you in the coming battles."

(Just for clarity - I know my movesets are hardly Smogon worthy, but I'm not making these with the metagame in mind. It's just a fun team that I feel could be potent both in-game/if we were going by anime logic. Take note of that if you plan on criticising me for making "dumb" move choices.)

Name: Raviel, the Iron Monger.

Region: N/A (Maybe Reborn)

Chamber: The player enters by stepping directly onto a giant gear. Once the doors close, two other gears appear on either side, their teeth smash into the one at the player's feet. Sparks fly as the gears grind, sending the player rocketing upwards into the main chamber. The chamber itself has the appearance of a factory. Gears spin like clockwork, while other machines work on assembly lines. At the rear of the chamber is a throne that is designed to look like a sword in the stone.

Elite Four: A young man with dark hair, a few strands spiked outward. His eyes are a cold gray. Metal wraps around his upper torso, following his right arm in a gauntlet, a few spikes for esthetics. The cloth of his attire is a red coat and black pants. A silver belt houses his Pokeballs.

"Greetings challenger. Ever since I was a child, I always loved the look of metal. It can bend to your will, adapt to the environment. My passion for steel carried over to my Pokemon. Steel types are powerful. They can be your greatest defense, or your most devastating blade. My team will make sure that you remember that."

@Shadowpulse - Ah geeze thanks! Haha, took me a while to decide on what type I'd even use, but I think Dark types would suit me best (despite me taking a big liking towards steel and bug types). Just wish I thought of making up my ideal chamber too, like all these other submissions. I don't think there's ever been an elite four member that favoured in electric types, and your team has a certain uniqueness to it. (I mean come on, imagine seeing a Plusle causing trouble for the challenger and then once defeated, they'd have to go through the trouble of a Minun LOL.) No but seriously, enjoyed your post too.

That being said, after reading everyone's post again I really feel like submitting another one, perhaps a rematch team of mine. Really enjoyed reading through everyone's creativity and you can tell how much thought they had put into it. They're all great!

@Blackclues That sounds like a good idea! Be sure to quote your original post and tag it as a spoiler when you remake your team, just so people can go back and see the changes you made! Because let's face it, some people are too lazy to manually go back a page or two and look for themselves lol.

I just like the Plusle and Minun combination to be honest. If people actually found trouble with it I'd probably laugh. The levels are supposed to make up for their crappy BST. xD

HOWEVER, if we take our teams and go on anime logic rather than game logic, theeeeeeen it's an entirely different story altogether and you should be extremely frightened. x]
