The Sneasel you can find in the Evergreen Forest after getting Rock Climb can come with the move Icicle Crash! Brilliant!

The Empoleon known as "The Emperor" that you can catch in the Evergreen Forest after obtaining Fly has the special moves Liquidation, Stealth Rock, and Ice Beam! If you want to use Empoleon, this is THE best one to catch!

The Ghastly you can catch by opening the 9 door in the Wispy Chasm has the special moves Reflect Type and Frustration.

Quite fitting if the story it told was true...

The Scraggy you can catch as part of the chests of Wispy Chasm can come with Power-Up Punch.

When purified, Shadow Timburr will come with the move Ice Hammer!

When purified, Shadow Klefki will come with the moves Snatch, Me First, and Explosion!

The Grookey you can catch at Tyluric Temple after obtaining fly have the moves Fake Out and Leech Seed!

The Snorlax you can catch in Honec Woods after getting Fly has the move Power-Up Punch!

It's also guaranteed to be holding a Leftovers! ... you know as you would expect from a Snorlax...

Rockruff from a route 4 den gets U-Turn and Extreme speed. Will see if that changes with different ones sometime.

 

Edit: Was going to show off if the Rockruff you get from trades (the one that originally would give you its Dusk Form evolution before it was patched out and made it a time based system instead of ability one) but alas there are no changes in movesets.

I uh... don't know if this one counts but Brave Bird is an egg move so... my Zone Zero Skarmory has Brave Bird... TWICE!?

Shadow Amaura will come with the egg moves Discharge and Aurora Veil, the tutor move Outrage, and finally the move THAT IT ALWAYS SHOULD HAVE HAD. POWER GEM!!!
