Abra/Kadabra locations

Pretty much the title. I've been told they were in the den closest to wispy ruins on route 4, and have thrown 100+ rift fragments to no avail. Is there another locations since they're the last to complete on my pokedex?

They're in the den where you need to surf north once you got out of wispy ruins. Rare encounters, Abra only available after 8th badge, kadabra after 12th badge

And they are UNSUFERABLE to capture.. 
They have that shield mechanic from Rift Pokemon and they are very itchy to use Teleport right away.. Frankly I feel like Jan should remove that move from their moveset if they are going to be difficult to capture..

Is this the one where you go up the stairs right next to the exit of wipsy ruins? because all i get is herdier, chimecho and pachirisu from that one and i've thrown in a lot of fragments. ad it's always either 1 or 2 stars.

same happens to me and I already made a thread about it but no one else seems to have this problem

they always just say I'm at the wrong den

I went to the one above the whispy caves entrance with 8 badges and found an abra so yeah . Maybe you need 8   or something

Is there any fix for this bug? Multiple people seem to have a problem of getting level 1 dens when they're past 12 gym badges but i've not seen a reason for why it happens/
