But the issue im having is my Budew (his names kazuo) hasnt evolved into Roselia yet. I know you need to level it up with high friendship but ive had him since before the first gym. Can anybody help? Edit : Forgot to include, yes, i do know it has to be day time. Edo Posted February 8, 2020 Share Posted February 8, 2020 Just in case you decide to evolve another friendship mon in the future: it seems like only leveling through active battling increases the happiness value, switching out and Exp.
