Global Mods Dreamy Posted January 5, 2020 Global Mods Share Posted January 5, 2020 The first few leaders have IVs ranging anywhere from 0-25 on most Pokemon, usually with weaker species having higher IVs to compensate. Shelly's Volbeat is the first perfect IV Pokemon I think, and from around Aya onward is where significant teams will have most or all Pokemon with maxed IV's. As for EV's, The first one with a competitive spread is Serra's ace, but they don't really come commonplace on most pokemon til around Badge 10-11. To my knowledge, for any Pokemon that doesn't have a specific spread defined, they'll have 1.5x their level as EVs in each stat, up to a max of 85 (level 56 or 57) 1 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
