I got young narcissa to the dark crystal cavern but now she wants me to find old narcissa... is the sidequest complete for the version or is there just something obvious im missing?

I found young Narcissa in Goldenleaf town, in front of a sign. I've been searching for Old Narcissa in power plant but can't find her there.

Try going to route 9, there's a time crystal there..somewhere

As the person above you said, she's at Route 9, specifically in the part of Forlorned Cave where the time crystal is.

Have you finished V11's story content yet? You're not supposed to be able to do this part of the quest if you're still locked in GDC.

I finished V11's story content and talked to child narcissa in front of the sign. But there still isn't anyone at forlorned cave with the time crystal.

No, after you investigate the house with Young Narcissa, she goes to Phasial Cave and there's a puzzle with a crystal cavern.

Phasial Cave is between Sheridan and Goldenwood I think it's route 3
