Since there seems to be an array of topics on individual questions everywhere, I've created some general topics to ask them in, just for neatness.

In this topic, you can ask about any problems you're having regarding in-game quests and pokémon locations, along with anything else of the sort. Have at it, you phoenixes.

Where's the guy you talk to to start the Mudkip quest anyway?

in the building with all the stairs, but only when its raining

Well supposedly the guy is found in the first building you enter in the wasteland at night.

Anyway, guys I have two Spiritombs...

Hmm, it's night and it's raining, but the old man isn't showing up in the staircase building. You guys sure it's not a specific day you have to go in?

Okay, well I forgot there is another pokemon that I need to find in order to trade it for a riolu.

I need to find a luvdisc and I figured the only logical place to find it is there secret cove,

because it has a giant lake in the middle of it. So, I'm taking an educated guess that

you can get it either with the old rod (doubt you can get it with this thing) or the good rod.

But, I'm guessing that it is a pretty rare pokemon or something because I've only been fishing

up some mantyke and basculin.

Soooo I still need help with Zorua and Mudkip

Zorua was hard to keep up with... o.o

It'll always look like a different pokemon & likes to hang out in those back alleyways.

I'm not really sure if there has to be some sort of weather condition though... but it was definitely at night.

Does anyone know where to find a sentret?

It's definitely weather-based and as for Sentret it's only available in the morning... I forget where, though. I think in the park?

sven, you can find luvdisc with the good rod in the secret cove, i bellieve during daytime. thats what worked for me.

By mining them rocks man and well exploring should be interesting considering the ragtag team I'm taking with me.

Yeah...I thought it had to be raining (?), but it's raining in the game today (for me at least) so I didn't think that was the problem. If it is weather that's getting in your way, all you have to do is fiddle with your computer's clock.

Yeah, it should be there. If it isn't it's most likely the weather. Change your clock to another day, go back into the cave entrance and back out again and you should have different weather. You might only be able to find it on a clear day.
