Since there seems to be an array of topics on individual questions everywhere, I've created some general topics to ask them in, just for neatness.

In this topic, you can ask about any problems you're having regarding in-game quests and pokémon locations, along with anything else of the sort. Have at it, you phoenixes.

If you're after an early headbutt, the earliest one you could get without having to grind anything is the snubbull that blocks your way when you first go to the grand hall, if you havent gotten it already.

after you get Julia's badge, if you go to the uppermost house in the peridot ward (just west of Jasper), it'll be there.

I believe Zigzagoon in the Obsidia Ward Alley also has it when you capture it, or learns it soon after capture if you level it.

Actually, you can get Headbutt even before Julia. You just have to catch a Bidoof and level it to 15. Then you trade it to the man in the house to the right of Mosswater Factory for a Litleo. Litleo will already have Headbutt as a move as it learns it at Level 11. Since Bibarel will be Level 15, you also get the bonus of Noble Roar.

You can get it at the Railnet, after you have the railnet key..

I scrapped my main file, so this is a new run. Anyways, I've already beaten Shelly, but it's not showing up. I'll advance some more I guess, but where exactly is it supposed to show up? I read it's supposed to be where that one elevated switch is.

What you have to do is go back to Reborn city and go to 7th street. It's slightly cryptic how to get there. Just talk to the gang leader of magma or aqua. Whichever one you decided to follow. They'll tell you where 7th street is, and how to get there. Hope this helps

My Pikachu is learning moves on wrong levels. He learned Discharge at lv. 34 and not learned thunderbolt yet. It's different from serebii dex.

Actually, this is normal. Ame implemented ORAS movesets so Pikachu does learn Discharge at Level 34 and Thunderbolt at Level 42.
