okay so im trying to get a mudkip, but the guy who should talk to doesn't appear i have changed the dates like to like 60 differents dates and still no guy to be found, is ther a bugg in my game?(just downloaded a week ago)

To get the Mudkip guy to appear, you must also have beaten Aya.

Do you know how to get to Tanzan Mountain? Go as for north as you can and there will be an exit on the left path.

Yes gastly is found in the wasteland but is tricky to get to

Check out this video robson. Make sure you have a mon that knows Strength and Rock Smash, and be wary of a tough battle if not prepared.

You need to come from the entrance in North Obsidia Ward- there's a path where you can squeeze behind a boulder that's pretty easy to miss. You can't get it from where you are now.

There aren't any shortcuts, if you're stuck just watch shofu's playthrough I suppose.

Well, according to the Pokemon Location Guide, the person you need to talk to is a girl is on top of the West Side Rooftop that will give you it after you talk to everyone who gives you a lecture about zen.

You need to review every lecture ie talk to everyone that says sonething like "Hey Im learning about something. Wanna join me?" Then go talk to the girl on the west balcony
