Or... Meganium sets up screens that helps a partner to sweep a whole team. Sure Meganium won't sweep, it's not a sweeper, it's a supporter, it doesn't mean it's useless.

That's the case almost all the time. The gym leaders are specialised in one type so the pokemon in your that is weak to that type is near useless. The Tangrowth is my team is not very useful against Charlotte so is it bad ? No. Meganium can still be useful though, it can at least set up a reflect or light screen to support the team before dying.

You know, you don't have to use Meganium alone, there are 5 other slots in your team. Golem for example covers Meganium's weaknesses pretty well.

Dragon ? There's no dragon early game, just maybe Noibat and Trapinch (if you're a gambler addict)

I usually play on set because well : "Do you want to switch pokemon ?" "No" "Do you want to switch pokemon ?" "No" "Do you ..." NO !" Bascially that, it makes the game run smoother. However, I sometimes change to "switch" when I can't defeat someone in "set".

I'm not sure about this but if you leave the route and go back to it (by entering and leaving the nature center for example), the bugs will appear and it's not really a question of time.

I would like Fly too but the pb is that it conflicts with the plot, you're supposed to be trapped behind Agate City. When that sleep problem in Agate is fixed, I would like to get fly .

Yeah, true about Signal beam. I didn't know that Alakazam could learn Grass Knot, could have been useful actually. Garchomp has an Assault Vest ? That explains how it could tank special hits so well.

Not really, Alakazam can't hit Claydol (unless it knows signal beam or energy ball which I don't think are available at this point), psychic barely does a third against Garchomp and it gets destroyed by Bulldoze.

Quagsire has Blizzard, I'm sure of it because Terra predicted my switch to Tangrowth and freezed it with Blizzard, I had to use a full restore :/. Anyway, she was easy appart from that RAWRCHOMP which is ridiculously strong and I had nothing supereffective against it. I hit 2 surfs with Gastrodon and finish it with a WTF BOOM from Gigalith. My team is quite good in the computer world actually, the only drawback I had is that Venomoth's bug buzz becomes physical. Other than that, I'm glad I could abuse the move explosion, I knew this would be useful . It wouldn't be possible to kill Mewtwo without it .

Another Hearthstone fan here ! I've played for only a few months so I don't have all the cards I want, I'm still at crafting common cards, I'm yet to craft rarers cards. At least, I got lucky enough to get 2 jugglers, 2 Argus defenders, Illidan and the Blood mage Thalnos (although Illidan is not that great :/) I have all Naxx done, including heroic mode so there's that. I love the Sludge Belcher : as funny as good as a taunt. I also use Loatheb in most of my decks like everyone else because it's always annoying to face. I like to play every character and every style and I want to get every card available (except foil, I don't care about foils). Currently, my best deck is my zoo because it's the best deck for beginners like me who don't have many good cards. It misses the Doom Guards that I've yet to get but it still works fine. I also hate the Miracle deck, I've yet to see a Rogue deck that is NOT miracle at high level gameplay. When I play on the ladder or when I watch "pro" battles and I see a Rogue, it's yet another miracle, it gets boring. Rogue has a good potential in an aggro deck imo, with lots of small creatures and combo cards like evisceration and stuff.

I like to name "confuse ray" the "trolling ray" because I hate this move so much, I have terrible luck at confusion :/. There's also the common "stone miss", "focus miss", "hydro miss" etc. If flail is used at full health, I remove the first "l".

I usually watch various poketubers and the ones I prefer are NBZ, Rchizzle9, Dun Deal and Haydunn (for his wifi battles, I don't watch his let's plays anymore). Haydunn is the one that made me started again on pokemon a few years ago when I thought it was dead for many years. NBZ and Rchizzle9 are sooo funny and Dun Deal has original movesets and even invents his own metagames.

It may not be the best at a particular role but its versatility makes it very fun to use competitively.
