I don't like the idea of Inkling being a character...I dunno why. Bandana Dee is pretty back there in the poll, and Shantae...is way behind. Hadn't even heard of her before. Shovel Knight isn't even out in Japan. And to paraphrase Jontron, What the f*** is a Shantae? Seriously, she is not a well known third party character like all the others in Smash. The characters I listed are not my top choices, they are the MOST LIKELY choices. These characters all have TONS of people backing them up and supporting them. The developers of Shantae and Shovel Knight have also been very vocal ever since the Ballot was announced. They even said "if Nintendo wanted to, we can do 90% of the work". If you asked me "what 3rd party character would I like to see in smash?" My actual first Pick is Simon Belmont from the Castlevania series. Edit: none of the fighter ballots on reddit are 100% accurate. I am going on based on what I have seen on things like smashboards and YouTube. The reddit poll I found says this; 1. King K Rool 2. Shovel Knight 3. Banjo and Kazooie 4. Snake 5. Isaac 6. Wolf 7. Inkling 8. Roy 9. Shantae 10. Paper Mario 11. Ice Climbers 12. Ridley 13. Bayonetta 14. Waluigi 15. Rayman 16. Bandanna Dee 17. Then again, I haven't played the game with any of you, so you can't really confirm how good I am with him. I figure somebody is better than nobody though.
