Reasons: 1) I'm scarred for life by the annoying Togepi Misty had in the anime. It was constantly causing trouble, getting itself in danger, getting rescued, only to keep laughing hysterically. And other times it just cried like the baby it was without reason for much MUCH smaller things. Get in your fucking Pokeball and stay in. BOTH you and Ash's Pikachu. 2) Togepi evolves through friendship. There's a place reserved in hell for the person who came up with this evolution method. 3) Togetic is nice, but one shade of light isn't enough 4) Togekiss is a fat, ugly flying thing (how does this thing even manage to take off?) that only tries to win by annoying you with hax.
