Slowpoke Tail can be found in Coral Ward. Talk to one of the NPCs there. As for the berry... I believe one is in Aventurine Woods?

 

There are actually 4 Mega Stones available in this episode. One is in Chrysolia Springs, one is underwater, one in a cave in the ocean beyond Apophyll, and one is only accessible if you decide to upgrade the Railnet.

slowpoketail: ask people in spyce, they'll give some clue.
I got Cameruptite and Glalitite, which from crysolia spring and underwater (if not mistaken, I'm spending too much time there)
Also Audinite from chilly cave

1. It is totally not intuitive quest, there`s empty house in northern Peridot ward, then it needs more walking around.

The first one, I don't have much info. There are three total dive spots. One is where all the s keys go and th houses that they unlock are ordered from top of the screen to bottom in ascending order.
I know the answer to the second part. Go to arclight's place. Their hiring.

Actually, the Library quest is kinda a continuation of the Classified Information chain quest - so continue with that.

Treecko = Kecleon Quest. After you find the Devon Scope Model in Devon Corp, go to Beryl Ward and see something weird is happening. Then head to Silph.

Are you sure you picked up the Devon Scope Model? Then, talk to some of the NPCs in Beryl who are struggling with the invisible things, and then head back to Silph
