  1. So for the fight against Laura and Bennet, you might want to teach Incineroar temporarily sunny day and equip it with the firium-z. Aegislash can win the fight against Heather by itself. Unaware Clefable is good on the last fight against Lin, especially with cosmic power. Speaking of, she has a Clefable of her own, so sweeping the fight with Gardevoir is not an option, as it will just sit on your face and boost. Naganadel should be able to muscle through, make sure it gets boosts in speed through beast boost cause you'll need them. I recommend using a light clay light screener like prankster Meowstic. You just might be able to sweep. I would make sure my Aegislash is faster than Clefable, to kill it quickly in case you can't use Naganadel for some reason. If you don't use your z move elsewhere, Incineroar could use darkinium-z in that fight, it has double the power. Personally I would use another mega, like mega Mawile that doesn't mind being slower, cause mega Gardevoir will be slower than most of Lin's team except Clefable, which it cannot touch. There are some flying megas you could use to get some mileage out of them in the final battle. Mega Kangaskhan gets sucker punch so it's something, and mega Scizor bullet punch. Also Blaziken/mega Blaziken with speed boost as well as Sharpedo, bonus points to Sharpedo for the combination protect+speed boost into destiny bond, plus it can use darkinium z.
  2. Hello I hope you didn't give up. If you're still stuck, I recommend Alola Ninetales with snow warning and Blizzard. Also any Pokémon with grassy/misty/electric/psychic terrain. If you have Eevee for example, it learns misty terrain via level up (as a Sylveon) and is immune to draco meteor, to destroy that Garchomp. A Pokémon who can poison or burn or use leech seed is mandatory if you don't change the terrain in some way. Or else you'll have to force out that Quagsire, which can happen if you stall it enough, but it will be difficult to make her switch. From the Pokémon you have in the box, I'd give Walrein, Silvally ice if you can get it, and Rotom frost a shot. Also if you have destiny bond on Sharpedo, with the Protect TM that you should have by now and also speed boost, you can take out any Pokémon you wish that gives you trouble. Talonflame could hit something with Brave bird or Acrobatics really hard, but it's not that strong to carry you for the whole fight. Be wary of the Garchomp, it has an assault vest that on the Glitch field raises its attack, and it doesn't drop when using Draco meteor. It will also outspeed a lot if not all of your Mons. Sandslash I think is the only one that will outspeed, but it won't one shot the Garchomp if the Glitch field is active. Talonflame could outspeed it also and hit a little harder, but it won't one shot either. So could Alola Ninetails outspeed, if you EV train it but I'm not certain about it, and it will hit harder than Talonflame but I don't know if it will take it out in one.
  3. So I've heard you can get a plume/cover fossil early if you defeat a pair of meteor grunts that you find in the museum. I found the grunts, and they told me to go meet them in Tanzan mountain, but I can't find them. I have beaten Noel. Do I need to fight more gym leaders for the grunts to appear at Tanzan mountain, or is there something I'm missing?
  4. Unrelated, but Galvantula with the ability Compound Eyes is great for farming items from wild pokemon. You can get the TM for Thief from the Magma hideout before the 3rd/4th (Shelly/Shade) gym battle. You can fish for Grimer with the old rod for example, to get black sludge for your Trubbish (20% chance with Joltik leading your party, but you'll have to catch it ).
  5. I have a Shroomish for you. Pm me to discuss trade time.
  6. I might have given you chansey or mawile or mankey, I think I remember that name. Was breeding for a seismic toss chansey.
  7. You really should evolve Woobat, it evolves through friendship, and it is one level away from learning Air Slash. You can use also Diggersby, you can find Bunnelby nearby and with huge power it will be a powerhouse against Corey and also against Shade with the move Nature Power you got from Florinia, which will turn into Gear Grind, and remember, Diggersby is a normal type so the ghost moves that Shade has, won't work on it. Another pokemon that should be good against Corey is Guts Swellow, you can get Taillow in Rhodochrine jungle, and the tm for Facade from the game corner. Now that one looks like a hassle to get, but with Facade Swellow hits like a truck, and the battlefield poisons Swellow for free (if you saved all the policemen, else, just pre-poison/burn and that will do). Plus Diggersby can also learn Facade, and as I said if the field poisons you for free, it is for free a double in power, with huge power on top of it. Also if you wait out Bunnelby's evolution to level 33 when it learns Dig you can completely crush most of Corey's pokemon, though with the two turn move it will be worn twice as fast (again, assuming you have saved all the policemen). You also have the choice to use psychic types, Swoobat is a good choice, but there are also Grumpig (I think you find Spoink in Coral ward) , Gothorita (you can get a gothita from the Beryl library), and I think Meowstic is an option too if you were lucky in Peridot ward to happen upon Espurr. From ground types there is also the Numel you find at the Station where the bomb went off in the start of the game and of course Onix, which you can get as a gift for helping some dude near the station find a place to rent in Peridot ward. There is also ground type Wormadam for the ground types, but why would you use that when you have all those other choices. I think that's all for the ground and psychic types, but I could be wrong.
  8. I agree with the things said above. Personally I used nuzzle Emolga to defeat Mimikyu, I see you have deleted it though so tough luck. Maybe try to use stun spore with Jumpluff, should be about the same outcome. Using destiny bond with Drifblim to take out a mon you cant one shot is also an option. Drifblim is really good in this gym if you EV train it. Sp Attack and Speed, it should out Speed and one shot both Gengar and Rotom.
  9. Congrats, good job on taking them down. I've won the glass gauntlet with a couple of monotype teams but I've never tried to beat it with as few as two pokemon. Pretty good stuff. You could have used wide lens on Klinklang to better your chances to land Gear Grind, if you're playing with items, meaning you're not relying on leftovers for your recovery. But of course if you're playing no items, leftovers was totally the item to use.
  10. Open your poke gear, then go to online play. You will need to register with a username and a password if it's your first time entering. My username is EIPHNH. I will be waiting for a trade.
  11. Hello yes it is still for trade, I haven't given it away. Are you available for trade right now? You can trade with other players with the help of the poke gear.
  12. Hello I've got a good IV Charmander that I won't use, I've also got a couple of good IVs Charmander, some with Dragon Dance, to give away. I don't want anything in particular for them, I just feel it's a waste keeping them in my box without ever using them.
  13. So long as you keep fainting the trick roomers Radomus has, he isn't that hard. Heracross with Megahorn works great against the first trick roomer I remember. But congrats on beating him anyhow. At least you'll get some breather as the next gym leader is regarded as the easiest of the bunch. But after that gym battle will come a point in the game you won't be able to return to the city, so make your preparations, get your berries, catch pokemon, finish up the quests etc. Remember when the time has come to enter the Agate city, you will reach the point of no return. One pretty big thing I suggest you make sure you have before the point of no return is to buy all of the power items from the department store so you can EV train your pokemon. It's pretty important to have that ability. And good luck with the rest of the game.
  14. If you're preparing for Charlotte then I suggest changing Arcanine's ability to Flash Fire just for her gym and Flare Blitz your way through it. It doesn't matter if it's resistant when it gets all these boosts from the field and its ability, and the sun. Just make sure to take out Darmanitan quickly and I recall no other mon she has has a super effective move on the Arcanine.
  15. I would change Ninetales to timid and Empoleon to modest. But for sure teach Empoleon some coverage move, like Ice Beam or Grass Knot, instead of Aqua Ring. Your team is pretty good. Also maybe teach Venusaur Grassy Terrain and Heat Wave to Ninetales, it hits both oponents in doubles and has good synergy with Grassy Terrain. Grassy Terrain will be useful to override the broken fields Gym Leaders use.
  16. Try another save file, one of them should not be corrupted. When I had the same problem as you, the first save file I renamed to game.rxdata didn't work either. The question here is, did you save often? Cause you might have lost a lot of progress...
  17. If you give 3 heart scales to the psychologist, he will change the nature of 1 of your pokemon.
  18. I think since gen V EVs will increase on their own. In any case, it is possible now to EV train even lvl 100 pokemon, which you couldn't do in past generations. I'm afraid you'll have to look up each and every move to see which is physical and which is special. In the core pokemon series, there is a menu you can check the moves which shows which move is physical and which is special. Not sure about reborn, though I think they probably have it in too. Try pressing the equivalent of A button when in the move menu. In the lake in front of the Belrose mansion (Tanzan cove I think it's called) with the super rod you have the highest chance of finding Luvdisc I think. Galvantula can learn Thief (I see you have it), and if it has the ability CompoundEyes it will make items easier to be found. You can use 3 heart scalrs in the psycologist in the 7th street to change the natures of your pokemon to further optimize your team.
  19. In regards to the numbers you posted, the left side are the EVs and the right side are the IVs. The EVs can be enhaced, but the IVs can't. Volcarona generally needs enhancing on the stats of SpAttack and Speed. You can get the power items in the department store. Power lens is called the item that boosts the SpAttack, and power anklet is the item that boosts Speed. Power bracer is the item that boosts Attack, you don't need it for Volcarona but I'm just mentioning. Some players like to also put some HP investment on Volcarona seeing it has the means to boost anyway. A set of HP enhacement together with Speed enhacement is used then. A key difference in playing with this set is you click quiver dance and morning sun more often. Power weight is called the item that enhaces HP. How you enhace a stat is you equip said items to a pokemon, and battle wild pokemons with them. Like the others have said, you can have 252 EVs at max for one stat. Battling wild pokemon also give EVs so you might want to search EV training spots for pokemon reborn. But you can always use berries to purge your pokemon from the unwanted stats. Those berries are called friendship berries and you can buy them on the second floor of the department store. That way you can delete the SpAttack EVs from Garchomp and then train it to the Attack and Speed that it needs. For example. Speaking of Garchomp, teach it Brick Break instead of Dragon Pulse. It will do more damage against the dark type pokemon. I would teach Hammer Arm to Metagross instead of Psychic to have a way to deal with steel types, it's a move that can be learned at the move re learner (Onyx ward). Thunder punch is also a worthy consideration, it will hit Primarina (Cain) harder with it. Bug Buzz will be stab for Volcarona and will have quite a few targets, replace Flame Charge with it obviously. Eelektross' and Zoroark's movesets can also use some adjustments, you can't seem to make up your mind if you will use them as Attackers or Special Attackers or perhaps keep them as Mixed Attackers. Delphox's moveset is okay.
  20. In Obsidia ward there is a shop with a Meganium that sells revival herbs. Also if I may, Roserade isn't so good type wise for the last fight where they use ice/psychic types, I suggest you replace it with something else. Preferably a fire mon, good against Shelly and the last fight. I recommend Blaziken since you should be able to spam cotton candies/revives/revival herbs against Umbreon I think. Remember, if your mons are alive even on 1 HP, they will be healed full for the last fight. Fainted mons will remain fainted. Lastly, with the help of a data chip (you should be able to purchase them in 7th street), you can put the password "hardcap" in the game, to make your pokemon unable to level up beyond the cap where they won't obey. Good luck!
  21. Seeing her field gives the fire type moves additional dragon type damage, you'll be hard pressed to sweep Titania with fire moves. I hope you have some terrain removal methods up your sleeve.
