Already got the Destiny Knot and the EV Training Room cards but I still haven't found Ditto.. I looked around Sheridan and couldn't find him so I am assume he was moved somewhere else? Help?

(Not putting Spoilers since this fight is old news anyways) So here's how it went.. By the time I faced against Madame X on top of Blacksteep Castle I had a Banette with Cursed Body, when her Yveltal killed it with Decimation it then had the move disabled by the ability and here's how I discovered that, apparently, that's the ONLY move that Yveltal has and it started to use Struggle, sadly, she had already KOed 3 other Pokemons of mine so she still defeated me using Struggle but the HP of Yveltal went all the way down to red so I thought of something.. Struggle always recoils 25% of the pokemons HP so, technically, all you need to do is make a ghost type with Cursed Body the lead of your team, once Decimation gets disables just keep throwing Pokemons until it kills itself BUT, for good measure, I suggest getting a pokemon with Aftermath as well and throw it at it after it starts struggling. I do not know what can happen, maybe Jan made a fail-safe where Yveltal's HP never drops to zero, maybe the game will crash, maybe the cutscene will play out as if you lost OR maybe you'll get a nice new cutscene, who knows? This is something I only started thinking about now and I am already too far ahead to try (I also don't care to) but if you do managed to defeat it do send me a screenshot if there is a new cutscene.

Aaah you tried that too?! HAhahaha I also did, I though "I don't need your filthy inn, I have a PC Box!" and then got hit with the realization, man, the inn industry is ruthless..

Well it does get better after Sheridan tho'.. Apparently the first Audino Trainer isn't on Goldenleaf anymore but in Indriad's Mansion right before the 3rd gym, also I do like the fact that they also reward you with EXP candies, that's nice, the grinding on the beginning is still pretty bad but after that it seems that it has been lowered because of that. Tho' I am still a bit disappointed over the EV Training Rooms..

I just changed the difficulty to casual.. I already had rolled v12 in both Reborn Style and Intense with no issue but this time around I just decided to go with Casual so I can enjoy the story without having to spend hours every time a new gym leader show up grinding the new mons I will use against them.. Specially considering the EV Rooms are locked for now, even with the Audino Trainers showing up it's though

Maybe is related to the fact you get the Destiny Bond, an item specially made for breeding, in there? Kinda like Jan's way of saying "Right, get to making these perfect IV and fully EV trained Pokemon"? Anyway, I will check once I get there, like I said, didn't even beat Keta yet, baby steps, playing in between work and other chores. I believe the reason is because the Audinos would be too strong in early game, remember, one form Pokemons (aka Pokemons that don't evolve) tend to be very good at pleb stomping, hence why Venam's Seviper is a problem but then later Jan decided to ditch it (because late game Seviper sucks), just to compare, let's say your starter is a Torchic, an Audino has 103HP, 60Atk, 86Def, 60S.Atk, 86S.Def and 50Spd (445 Status Points) while a Torchic has 45HP, 60Atk, 40Def, 70S.Atk, 50S.Def and 45Spd (355 Status Points) It's also the main reason why Whitney's Miltank in Gold/Silver is such a menace.

Thanks but DAMN that's WAAAY too far into the history.. So am I just suppose to do it the old school way? That's gonna be hella boring.. I have to reluctantly agree to this.. It isn't really good game design when you're making it more difficult by simply making it more inconvenient.. I am almost at the point of playing this game on casual just because of these changes because I can't be fucked to be grinding that much just to beat ONE gym leader.. And now having the knowledge that the EV Rooms are only available after Angie is very disappointing since she was already a though fight when you had these rooms available to you, I can only imagine how terrible it is now and I ain't gonna do it the old school way of runnng around the grass defeating the specific pokemon that gives the specific EV of my choice, that is going to increase the tediousness to a whole new level..

Solrock is useless against him, so does Lunatone, by the Lv25 they don't learn any useful Psychic moves, only Rock Slide which doesn't help against fighting types anyway Xatu is still a thing there? I though Jan removed it, I always do capture a Natu and evolve it to defeat Keta but I been running around in the caves for a while and haven't found a single one.. You sure they still there? Also the problem here is not defeating Keta, is grinding taking way to long for me to even try.. I am going with a Girafarig, Vivillon, Butterfree, Rabboot, Swoobat and Leavanny but the GIrafarig is still 21, the Vivillon 19, Butterfree 20, the Leavanny isn't even a Leavanny yet and the Swoobat is only Lv12 (did the haircut cheat with the clock) and that is the grinding that is killing me.. I want all of them to be at least 23..

I've replayed v12 in full 3 times and the early game never actually had given me any problems when it comes to leveling, a little grinding in the bushes here and there but it wasn't that time consuming so whatever but after v13 I see myself spending A LOT of time just running back and forth in the tall grass to level my mon.. And I believe there is ONE big reason why.. The EV Training Rooms are locked By the time I would prepare a team to fight Venam or Keta I would had farmed some AP to get the Attack and S.Attack cards to access these rooms since the Speed and HP were already open anyway, there, while I grind the Pokemons EVs, they would eventually level up with the Meltans and by the time I would be done they would be around Lv14~16 but with full IVs so it would be much easier to grind in the tall grass for the extra levels but since the rooms are closed grinding became very time consuming since you need to use Pokemons with EVs all over the place to fight them and take 3~5 turns to defeat a Wild Pokemon around your own Pokemon's level instead of 1~3 turns.. I still haven't defeated Keta and the reason isn't because he is though but because I never got to try because I am still grinding my team to fight him.. Some of the mons of my team were terrible matchups against him so I had to caught new ones and, obviously, grind these new ones too.. (Also, I don't mind spoilers, can someone tell me when the EV Training Rooms become available for use? Thanks!)

So Keta decided to remove the Pokemon Center on Sheridan Village to promote the Elder's Inn business, huh? 450$ per stay, what a robbery!! He should be ashamed of himself!! 2/10, stay away from Sheridan, it's a tourist trap people! Better just talk to the Truck Guy and move my butt to Venam's Gym for free heals!

I saved on the Chrisola Hotel Casino and then came back to that save, now the song of the Chrisola Hotel is bugged.. It plays for a second and then it's substituted by Nim's theme song, it's probably unimportant but it's a bug nonetheless so I felt like I should report it at least

Can I call this a bug? Don't think so but it's weird regardless.. Apparently placing the poison combinations on Venam's gym kinda lags a lot, you place the combination and it takes a solid 5 seconds before it shows up, that is all, like I said, dunno if I can categorize this a bug but it's certainly odd

I don't remember how I beat her.. In fact I didn't use any strategy at all, I just rolled it and did it but I remember having an Infernape (my favorite starter) an A-Sandlash with Slush Rush (Since the field would help him and he had Steel moves) and a Pangoro.. I don't remember the rest of my team since they weren't my usuals and just some Pokemons I decided to use to defeat her but I remember that my main thing was trying to go with Steel and Fighting types

It's odd to be reminded that v12 was released 2 years ago.. Damn..

Well, at the time there were quite a few Sonic "Original Character" which were just re-colors of slightly changed designs from the original and this animation is just a mockery of that having the mains "original" character being Blonic, like I said, old video.. Just don't mind me as I have a middle age crisis in the corner of my room
