Okay I see now. Have you used any mods in previous versions of the game? Because otherwise, this shouldn't have been how the minecarts are placed when you first get to this part, not with the gate between the rails closed at least. Or did you accidentally just flipped a switch and somehow managed to softlock yourself, cuz you literally can't get to any other minecarts the way they are right now xd

Uhh well I can't really explain it any better, but I should be able to get you there if you post your file. There might be a guide posted somewhere on how to get there, but I'm not sure if there's such a detailed guide for the spirits yet so you'd have to look for it yourself.

Ok so, first try manipulating the lever that's on your right, on the other side of the rails, so that the rails turn to the right at that point. Then, from what I saw from your first pic there's a minecart somewhere on your right that passes through the point that you can manipulate with the lever you're currently facing towards. Ride that minecart to wherever on the left side it gets you, then come back on foot to manipulate the lever you're facing to so the rail goes straight up, and then if you get back to the minecart you rode to the left side, you should be able to ride it to get to the spirit. If it still doesn't work, you can link your save file and I can just get you there myself if you want to.

You can only get to it with a minecart, so I really can't give you any more advice than to adjust the rails. However, iirc you don't get to it by going a straight line so adjust the rails directly below you and try getting a minecart there that way.

Well, hypothetically speaking, if someone were to do such a thing, I would tell them that they can enter the password "freemegaz" in a pc and pick up the mega ring on the top left corner of the grand hall.

It's safe, your antivirus just warns you about it because it's an app that can download other files (patches for reborn) to your pc. Ame even posted the public code for it on discord at some point so you don't have to worry about it.

Wow, just wow. I remember being barely 12 years old when I first came across Pokemon Reborn and now I'm already halfway through my first year of university. The final game looked so far away at that time, yet now it feels as if barely a few days have passed. Ok go to your Menu>Pokegear>Online Play. Then it will probably ask you to register since you haven't done that before, so pick a name and password you can remember since you will need them in case you want to trade again in the future. After that go to Trade> Request Trade and type in my name. Make sure you have a mon you don't want in your party so you can trade that one.

That shouldn't have deleted all your progress, so you might have accidentally deleted more than you intended. Make sure that both the game folder and the previous saves folder are in User/Saved Games. Then get the latest save and rename it to Game.rxdata (make sure there are no spelling errors or an uncapitalized G). If after that, it still asks you to start a new game, just restore the one you deleted from your Recycle Bin and I'll trade you an exp. share myself.

As far as I'm aware, there isn't a second exp. share available in the game, but there are a couple ways you can get one. First of all, you can just load back up from a previous save. To do that, you need to go to your User/Saved Games/Pokemon Reborn folder, scroll all the way down to find your latest saves, delete the save named "Game.rxdata" and rename the previous one to Game.rxdata. You can keep doing this until you're back to the point where you had the exp. share. Alternatively, you can also use a debug mod to just add it back into your game. Or I can just trade you a random mon holding it, just let me know.

I didn't consider checking mods since I was planning on finishing the game with only what it gives me this time, but a weather mod sounds perfect since it won't have that much of an impact aside from making my life a little easier when it comes to event mons so it's definitely something I'll check out. I couldn't agree more with everything you mentioned. At this point, I've lowered my expectations when it comes to new pokemon games by gamefreak by a large margin. Admittedly, that might have something to do with the fact that Reborn and Rejuvenation are just way too good compared to gamefreak's, but the newer mainstream pokemon games still are quite rushed, in my opinion.

So, I think I might have messed up the weather due to changing it too frequently for other event pokemon and it's now apparently stuck at clear, so I'm not sure if I can get the squirtle anymore. I looked up some older posts and they all say that rainy weather is required, but the weather is stuck so I was wondering if there is any other way to get it. I can also trade for it if possible, just lmk what you need and I'll see what I can do.
