Mega Evolutions are being given to fully-evolved Pokemon total, meaning Raichu will get a Mega but Pikachu will not. There are about 390 fully-evolved Pokemon, including legendaries, 50 of these are already done in canon games, so we'll be making the other ~340... Plus whatever Sun&Moon brings to the table.

Let's just hope Ame remembers to make Fly force a dismount... Being able to Fly while riding a Tauros is not only unfair to the poor bull, it ruins the puzzles of other areas.

Episode 19 is the final gym, Victory Road, Elite Four, and postgame all at once. Only one episode will have 2 gym. Originally, it was planned for each gym leader to have their own episode, but when Gen 6 added Fairy types halfway through development, Ame had to throw Adrienn into the story, but she didn't want to change the plot too much, so Adrienn got crammed in somewhere. Whether or not the episode Adrienn is in will have 2 gym leaders or not, I have no idea.

First off, I'd like to say that this is a fantastic idea and it's more than amazing the amount of work you've done for this, much kudos. I have a list below for sorting things, but do you think adding things like Rock Smash boulders or small Headbutt trees would be possible? It would help with distribution quite a bit. I'm also curious to see different types of caves, like water or ice caves and volcanoes. But that's getting a bit ahead of everything, isn't it? Here's a quick list:

Sandy was indeed an April Fools joke, but not on Terra's behalf. During the teasers for the Season 2 leaders, Ame only showed silhouettes, and the obviously-shaped Terra shadow was recolored entirely on release (which happened to fall on April Fools) and this new trainer became known as Sandy, who was characterized as the opposite of Terra, but I don't believe Sandy ever actually battled. The Ciel-Terra mixups were a late Season 3 thing I believe, where they would act as each other, even battling as each other at times. The new personas they took on came to be known as Terriel (Terra acting as Ciel) and Cierra (Ciel acting as Terra). #TMYK

Terra's in cahoots with Meteor too. I'm sure there's some way they could "revive" Terra if Fern's badge collection is really that important. And if there's no way for ingame-Ame or anyone from Grand Hall to get in contact with Terra, they'll have to bring in her reserve until Terra is able to return to work. BRING BACK SANDY

All legendaries are confirmed to be post-game.

Alpha testing is given to very limited group and involves finding simple things that would make the game otherwise unplayable (ie: talking to this NPC causes the game to crash, or this puzzle has a big loophole in it where you can XXX). Beta testers involve a larger group and find smaller bugs (ie: the player can walk through this wall, or there's a typo in this NPC's dialogue) and find a general sense of overall balance to the game (ie: PULSE Swalot was level 90 in beta testing, but got lowered for public release) The whole process takes a few weeks typically, a month at most.

Been there, done that. Mobility has always been an issue with the PULSE's, as the Meteors mention several times. The Pokemon are easy to move, but that machines are all very heavy. It's actually quite impressive how they package up and move the machines around as they do. Abra was given armor to help connect it to the machine, and while this gave it a much higher degree of mobility than other PULSE's, it still suffered the fate of being attached to the machine's base. A mobile PULSE would require a great deal of updates to the current model, making it significantly lighter and smaller. Say, what have ZEL been up to? Haven't seen them in a pretty long time...
