Finally got most of the sight seeing in the desert out of the way.

I've heard a lot of speculation on this as well. We do know for sure that GameFreak is working on a new jrpg that isn't Pokemon as well. I've also heard that Miyamoto is responsible for a lot of this as well, as he's taken over quite a bit since Iwata left us, and Miyamoto doesn't seem to be too interested in what the fans want.

That's true enough. I didn't really think about other character's dialogue.

It still works. It's a bit tricky when it comes to choice items because you'll have to swap the pokemon in and out to Fling the item before you can then Recycle it and keep it. I really like Starry's suggestion of Munchlax/Snorlax. In the past I always used the elemental monkeys or Mr Mime, and all of those are really frail so it can be such a chore keeping them alive. I'm sure there's no such issues with a decently leveled Snorlax.

The E18 Relationship Points guide says you can- But I'm not sure why it matters. Not going to spoil anything for those who haven't taken the Desert Route with Taka, but if you have taken it, then you know what I mean.

Oh I was actually looking for that when I made my last reply on this topic. Someone on reddit made a better model in under a day apparently. It's just bants until about 20 seconds in, but it looks pretty slick.

Getting closer to the end, so I'm slacking off just a bit.

Honestly, their statement about doesn't seem like it's going to hold up. Someone on reddit did a bit of math, and while this is an estimate that'll be comfirmed later when the game is released- We'll have a confirmation on this later, but for the moment this is deeply concerning. Also over on Smogon forums there's been plenty of discussion on Dynamaxing and Gigamaxing mechanics as well as the loss of Megas and Z-moves. It's quite damaging to the competitive community. There's also a lot of ideas going around that if neither Dynamaxing or even Gigamaxing require a held item, and that damages the integrity of competitive, as it's very much random. There was even talk of Showdown not updating beyond Gen 7.

Over on reddit there's been huge amounts of protest, but also lots of interesting details. During the Gen 6 era the 3d models which were created for XY were meant to be somewhat permanent, as a means of future proofing for the games to come later. People have taken plenty of glances at the SwSh graphics that we've seen and realized how poor they are(Overworld pokemon are t-posing as they move), some people are pointing out the removal of the older battle gimmicks, and so forth.

The shortest it's ever been, but I felt this kept things a bit more organized.

There's a lot of hype for some sort of MCR reunion soon again, but I feel like it's just another false alarm. Not that I'm against it.

There's the speed breed mod, which will instantly generate eggs and can instantly hatch them, but you still have to go through the process of hatching where you see the hatching animations I think.

The next vid may be outside of the walkthrough on the entire rebuilding options, not too sure about it yet.

If I recall correctly, I remember the last accurate leak we had with Sun and Moon actually had a few faults, designed to throw us off too. So it makes more sense like that.

It's the quest for the Incineroarium-Z crystal.

That leak is pretty sketchy though. It already has a fault with it saying that the Galar region will have the first Fairy type gym. Maybe the leaker just over looked that the first Fairy gym is in Kalos though?

The direct was this morning and it was absolutely amazing. It's a lot of info, and I do feel like too much of it came too early because they might not be able to keep up the pace with the other trailers, but I'm still excited.

I really didn't think this would be as long as it ended up being.

This guy doesn't get enough credit for these, but this theme has always been catchy.

Think it's a Pangoro fight now, with multiple of them. The event is also further along now iirc.

I've been listening to a lot of LP lately again. It always comes back to me because it's the first band I ever listened to and liked on my own back when I was 10. RIP Chester still.

Should be full steam ahead from here. The amount of content that becomes available after you come back to Reborn city is just enormous. Everything from here should space itself out much better.
