Eeveelution Fakemon Mod (planning and recommendations)
Fervis replied to Fervis's topic in The Mod Market
I'm thinking of adding them to radiation as well later on! So there will be two options of either having an original Gen 8 reborn, and a uranium version with eeveelution.- 18 replies

Pokemon Radiation Reborn (Uranium Mod, EPISODE 19.16)
Fervis replied to Fervis's topic in The Mod Market
########## New Update ######## I uploaded a new version with several minor issues fixed! Additionally: Mirror Armor works now! (Thanks to BlueTowel) All Moves are now implemented! Some of the Hisuian Moves have changed effects that i will redo later (Ceaseless Edge and Stone Axe; Chance of lowering Defense instead of Splinters) Gen 5 Nuclear Altforms added! For more information see the Excel file. Arceus and Silvally now properly become Nuclear Type with respective Item I highly recommend redownloading either the whole Game or the patch for your current folder. :> -

I intend to add the whole gen 8 as well, so it will take a bit longer, as I'm also working on Uranium mod simultaneously. Sorry :<- 18 replies

Fervis replied to Fervis's topic in The Mod Market
Yeah it is now separated... I will maybe put them back together if bluetowel permits it and when Plates of Arceus is released, though i mostly intend to make it a sole mod :< -

Pokemon Radiation Reborn (Uranium Mod, EPISODE 19.16)
Fervis replied to Fervis's topic in The Mod Market
um, you mean the low damage output? i don't see anything wrong there otherwise? Or does it mean the game freezes? I didn't change anything for the post game yet, so if you mean the return damage, maybe its because of friendship? -

Pokemon Radiation Reborn (Uranium Mod, EPISODE 19.16)

there weren't any published back sprites yet. I will add them though! Only the New Legends Arceus Pokemone should be affected by it. -

Fervis replied to Fervis's topic in The Mod Market
Bug that i will fix later today: be careful to not catch a Yamper that has used Ball fetch with an error mesage! you won't be able to get rid of it in the box / team and crash your game! -
Pokemon Radiation Reborn (Uranium Mod, EPISODE 19.16)
Fervis replied to Fervis's topic in The Mod Market
ah yeah that might be due to the new pokemon from legends of arceus ( wyrdeer etc.) The uranium pokemon were shoved 6 slots further i believe. Apologize, I missed to mention that >.<. But fortunately I added a lot of nuclear altforms so specifically for your run you will have more options! For the debug, i am not sure if there already is a working mod for it? But i will check and add it to the download when its there. Edit: I looked into it immediately, Aironfaar got a debug mod that i added to the folder. So for all who already have a Uranium save file and want to continue, you can use the debug menu and change your pokemon etc. to their appropriate ones. However, there also might be some changes to Items and moves as well! Be careful! Really sorry for the inconvenience that might happen due to that! -
Pokemon Radiation Reborn (Uranium Mod, EPISODE 19.16)

Please consider re-downloading if you have downloaded it yesterday. During playthrough I'm looking for bugs and fixed one already in the onyx ward school which corrupts your graphics. -

Eeveelution Fakemon Mod (planning and recommendations)
Fervis replied to Fervis's topic in The Mod Market
For some of the sprites i got permission to use them with credits given, and they said it would be best to keep them as similar as possible to their original design. And the fighting types' creator named it Maneon, so I'll go with it :<- 18 replies

Changing PBS files causes all damaging moves to not work at all?
Fervis replied to DecShep's topic in The Mod Market
yes i had the same problem, there is a "bug" in the compiler.txt that compiles the types wrong. you will need a fixed compiler.txt, i think you can find it when scrolling up quite a bit in discord #reborn-mods (sadly on phone right now) -
Pokemon Radiation Reborn (Uranium Mod, EPISODE 19.16)
Fervis replied to Fervis's topic in The Mod Market
THAT is a very good point, didn't even think of adding these to the tutor list lol. I will do that natural nuclears can learn all of them in E19. already done :> there might be some changes i did to some of the uranium mons though i cannot be certain right now about it. however, i will be adding an excel file with all nuclear mons and their respective move tutor set they are able to learn. Generally I will test them soon wether all forms are correct, because there might be some form mistakes due to so many other altforms in E18, and i want to avoid that issue with the new hisuian and galar forms in E19 mod. -
Pokemon Radiation Reborn (Uranium Mod, EPISODE 19.16)
Fervis replied to Fervis's topic in The Mod Market
Quick update btw~ University has started this week but I already did quite a bunch up to now in my free time: All Fakemon are implemented (also mega etc.) Nuclear type works and nuclear altforms are implemented! (BUT... see below) All abilties work (except for one gen 8 abiliity >.<) All items work Only 2 moves left For translation: the hard sh** is 98% done. So my shoutout: if anyone is willing to help me with one of the final steps, i would consider making a prepared folder with all necessary things in it to provide the basis. That is...SPRITES. There will be around 170 nuclear altforms (uraniums excluded)... and ca. 50 are done (out of E18) this includes: 1) recolouring sprites for all of the planned nuclear altforms. (plus shiny, but thats easily done with hue). (Make them eyes or facial expression more hollow or desperate if possible) an example would be making this 2) recolouring the team icons for them respectively (also with shiny version), like this: Egg sprites are not required as they will not be able to breed if they are nuclearized. That's actually it. This would lower the release date immensely. BUT, I would do this anyways, so there is no pressure and noone is forced to do it! I just wanted to be bold and ask if anyone is having experince in spriting/reccolouring and has time at hand. People will be named in the credits of course! I need to go to sleep now and take a look here tomorrow evening! (12 hours university every day is fun!) -
Pokemon Radiation Reborn (Uranium Mod, EPISODE 19.16)
Fervis replied to Fervis's topic in The Mod Market
do you mean in an existing E18 version of the mod? if so, you need the original pbs of E18, and my pbs for the mod (download on first page in this thread). replace the encounters.txt and trainers.txt in my pbs with the ones from the original. afterwards debug the game and compile :> Though i dont think you can get the E18 pbs anymore, as the link in the FAQ is updated to the E19 pbs and that might lead to corruption. -
Pokemon Radiation Reborn (Uranium Mod, EPISODE 19.16)

I have sadly no experience with how the game works on joiplay >.< If the problems consist, the best option would be to ask on discord directly. there might be more people who know of issues like these -
Pokemon Radiation Reborn (Uranium Mod, EPISODE 19.16)
Fervis replied to Fervis's topic in The Mod Market
Well, i do believe they do, they are weak to water so they at least should take damage. If not though, I'll have to add that :3 -
Pokemon Radiation Reborn (Uranium Mod, EPISODE 19.16)
Fervis replied to Fervis's topic in The Mod Market
as of E18, it is actually quite early. You will need the Energycore item (i believe its sitting next to the blacksteam factory in upper peridot ward). With that you can change various pokemon to nuclear versions. They should be listed in the excel file that's in the game folder, i don't quite know which mon is the earliest. With E19 update I will fancy up the excel file, so please bear with the current one >.< -
Pokemon Radiation Reborn (Uranium Mod, EPISODE 19.16)
Fervis replied to Fervis's topic in The Mod Market
I was quite concerned at the beginning o.o good to know that it works again :> -
Thank you all so so much for everything. I began playing it back in 2014 and since then, it has been my number 1 pokemon game, period. The joy and excitement i had playing it and see its development proceed was a one time event. From the bottom of my heart, thank you all so much for your incredible effort into creating this masterpiece! Congratulations with the final release and the well-deserved rest!

Pokemon Radiation Reborn (Uranium Mod, EPISODE 19.16)
Fervis replied to Fervis's topic in The Mod Market
Now with E19 having a LOT of new areas ,I will make all mons available to catch in end-game content at latest! Meaning that fossils and starters will be catchable without events. This will of course be my intention, to have them as separate mods to begin with! With advanced progress on Uranium mod I'm only planning on releasing combined mods of these, which doesn't mean that you can only play the combined mod later on, they will have different threads. Thanks for you kind words! Excited to start working on E19 when PBS is available :>
