Does anyone know where to find Drilbur and Starly?

Which option provides riolu? I know one path gets gastly, and I got sneasel on my path.

Have no idea about the Type: Null event as I don't think I've found it, but I think the key in Celia is for

In the Celia fight club, against a Rocker with an A-Golem, I switched in a pokemon which died to Stealth Rocks. After that I was prompted to switch in another, as normal, but when I did it received the A-Golem's attack, instead of beginning a new turn.

A couple of questions about the endgame of this new episode, regarding the Rangers.

I have entered the secret library in the Weeping Depths, and I have the Odd Doll in my inventory, but cannot seem to interact with anything in the library. EDIT: Not sure if this is intentional, but for almost entirety of the new episode I cannot get into the basement of the Manor on 'Garrett's Orders'. This means I can't use it for EV training unless I go through the Daycare. After trying this, I can see Garrett in the basement. EDIT 2: Not sure if this is an intended feature - if a pokemon is at max level the EV training doesn't work.

As part of E4, after beating Hardy in the Black Fox base he drops an item (Darkium Z I think). If I go to pick it up the game crashes.

I've had well over 100 encounters - including multiple Tailow and (I assume) all the other available pokemon, but no Bidoof since reaching the village for the first time. Does anyone know how high its encounter rate is roughly? EDIT: Do they only come out during the day?

Where can I catch a Bidoof? Ever since I reached Redcliff I could not find a single one after spending ages in Keneph Jungle - I need Bibarel for the scientist sidequest.

After the second Madelis-Cassandra cutscene, when you enter the residential building, if you leave the building right after the cutscene and attempt to enter again you end up in Cassandra's office again. The player sprite is not visible but you can move around and leave that room and walk around the judicial district.

I'm at a point in Nightmare City and my character will not move. I was button mashing for a while and accidentally managed to save myself in this position.
